L’excellence du service par tous les employés de même que la très haute qualité de la nourriture dans tous les restaurants sont remarquables. Le concierge personnellement attitré à notre chambre est aussi une touche exceptionnelle. Deux points négatifs, le fait que la section Spa était fermée toute llama semaine pour réparation et maintenance fut un très grand désappointement pour nous. Aussi, le terrain de tennis ne peut vraiment être utilisé, la surface doit être refaite urgemment, il y a un trop grand risque de blessures.

La pasamos increíble! Todo el personal súper amables y atentos a lo que necesitábamos todo el tiempo, Mario nuestro concierge nos apoyó todo el tiempo con nuestras solicitudes, nos dieron upgrade de habitación a una con increíble vista! This resort was amazing. It has 3 beautiful swimming pools right by the beach. The room was large and spacious. The activities were great as well. Beach volleyball with Carlos and Sherry was awesome ! The whole family also enjoyed the water aerobics, yoga and Pilates! We highly recommend it. It costs a pretty penny, but it’s so worth it. And to top it up, they had an amazing kids club, where our 7 year old spend a good amount of time (at his request) - and it was not all video games and screen time. The dining options were great as well. By far, our favorite was the Mexican restaurant, Frida.

The resort is absolutely gorgeous. Staff is amazing and so was the food. The activities for the kids were endless. Always something fun for them to do. Will definitely return.

Amazing staff, great restaurants. But our room had several issues popping up throughout our stay which maintenance was able to fix. Felt odd that a luxurious resort should have so many in-room issues. Our concierge Dulce was amazing and very helpful throughout our stay in dealing with all the issues

The resort is beautiful and well laid out with 4 different restaurants. All of the restaurants are nice and have their own vibes. Lucca was our favourite, the truffle mushroom soup is amazing. Checking in with Mario was easy and efficient. He gives you his number so staying in contact with him is very easy. Djego services the pool area and works really hard all day bringing food and drinks. Carlos at beach volleyball was fun to play with. All the hostess ladies at restaurants and the main buffet area were very sweet. Spyder, the magician, is fun to watch and you can find him roaming around the resort. We tried to tip as many people as we could and even the smallest amounts were well received, even the smallest of amounts. Overall, you won’t be disappointed. All of the rooms are nice and spacious they are cleaned well 2x a day. Everyone on the resort is kind and thoughtful, the spa was great, the service and performances were solid. Some things that could have made the experience better- more Spanish/local music. We understand the resort caters to Americans but hearing different covers of the same American songs does not let the beautiful Mexican culture come through. We wanted to immerse ourselves more in the culture. It would be nice if there was more shaded coverage at peak sun hours instead of just umbrellas by the pool (could use more of these). The music at the kids camp section is right behind the adults only area so it’s a bit loud

Without a doubt the best resort in PV. Great restaurants and facilities but the thing that really makes them stand out is the staff and the level of service which is second to none.

Nice property on a long walkable beach. Enjoyed complimentary cabanas on the beach and choices of included wines for dinner. For the price point, to be comparable with other top resorts like Le Blanc, Secrets and Excellence, should have included lobster, oysters and more seafood variety in the menu besides included hydrotherapy in the spa, which was only free with a massage. Italian restaurant had no upscale dishes and it appeared to cater more for families with kids.

The property is clean, staff service is excellent. Food was horrible. Quality bad, no options whatsoever, presentation horrible. It was good enough to survive. Their excuse was the low season but the hotel orice was the same as regular season. Low season didn’t have anything to do with having terrible food

Our concierge Luis was wonderful, very helpful in every way. He did everything for us. The dining staff Julio, Carlos, Pablo. Everyone was very good and attended to all your dining needs. Our pool concierge Jorge was so fun and entertaining and of course very helpful. All the pool staff, Raymundo,Nadia, Hector and all the staff were great and attentive to all our needs at poolside. I highly recommend a wonderful vacation at the Grand Velas. A very special place. If you are unhappy with something they will go out of their way to fix it for you. Love our vacation.

Their master suites are mini suites in reality. Their guests with kids and adult are mixed so it’s not quiet for adults to relax. Restaurants and pull derive was very nice.

Fin de semana de descanso total
La atención de todo el personal, desde la llegada hasta la salida, es completamente personalizada e inmejorable. Nuestro concierge, Ramón, estuvo atento todo el tiempo para que nuestra vacación fuera inmejorable. Nino, en el área de la alberca, también nos atendió a la perfección. Los alimentos, sobre todo en los restaurantes de especialidad, son deliciosos.
