« The backyard is gorgeous. The photos do not do it justice! It is dog friendly and the owner told us that we could walk the dog off leash in the arroyo but we did not have time. Just remember to read the amenities noted. There is no TV or microwave (has toaster oven). »

« Great little place tucked out of the way. Quiet and peaceful. We only stayed a few days but had everything we needed. Full kitchen helped us make the most of our budget. It was close to downtown and museums that we wanted to see. Quick response times to our questions. Would highly recommend. »

« The whole process was amazing. Communication was open and easy. The house was very clean. Often rentals will have a lot of “stuff” and look fully stocked. However, I’ve found myself wishing for another bowl or spatula. Not here- the kitchen has useful items and ample amounts. « Walkable area a few blocks from the square. Studio with king size comfy bed and open seating space. Southwestern touches and small courtyard are nice. The toilet area would be tight for larger people. It's quiet and dogs are welcome with no additional deposit. Our only improvement comment is to clean to a higher standard. Dusty furniture, dirt under the bed and greasy stove top. »

« We liked the location and was within walking distance to shopping and dining. It was older adobe structure which we liked. What we didn’t like was marginally safe electric outlets and main door locks. The outlets were poorly maintained and hung loose. The door locks need to be updated and strengthened. Another item that needs to be addressed is that the property was advertised as an efficiency there was no sink in the “kitchen” area. We had to haul water from the bathroom to wash dishes and...

« April 2024 - We had a great time in NM. I was there for a conference and was able to stay the week. The rental was just as pictured and described within in walking distance of Old Town and many other attractions. We could go to Santa Fe, Turquoise Trail, Jemez Scenic Byway, hot springs, Acoma Pueblo tours, Valle de Caldera, Bandelier, El Morro, Sandia Mountain Tramway, etc. The weather was amazing! We would stay again. »
