« Property was fine, great for our family to stay. However, we couldn't use the balcony as the owner had stored their boat and watersports equipment on it which was disappointing. The welcome email with the key code details was sent out a week in advance, compared to the 3 days stated in the site information, and was from an unknown email address, and the details were in an embedded image that was not searchable so I had missed it at first. « I booked a room with queen room with sofa bed. I’m not sure if there was an error because we ended up in a one bedroom condo with a full kitchen, gas fireplace and balcony and access to a ski locker on the 1st floor. They let us check in early which was amazing since the ski resort was almost entirely on a weather/wind hold. We only stayed one night and we were able to leave our vehicle in the parking garage after checkout, making it very convenient given 26” of powder and partially blue skies...
