« Quick overnight stay. We checked in pretty late. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The room was clean. It’s an older place but it has been recently remodeled. I feel like this property is very reasonably priced considering the remodel. No complaints, I would stay here again. »

« Most unpleasant experience ever. Noise and SO dirty : dirty sheets and towels, spit in the tub / probably "not cleaned" by Pochaontas because of the long black hair everywhere »

« Hotel tout simple accolé à l'Outlet, et proche du Walmarkt ainsi que des réstos petit déjeuné franchement pas top ( mais dunkin donuts à coté... ouf ) les moquettes sont vraiment "cra-cra" il faudrait songer à les changer ! Si non, très grande chambre et très très grands lits »

« Very good location. The outside of the building (stairs and hallways) were little bit dusty but it could be because it’s has access to the river. Room was cleaned and bed was super comfy. I will say again! »

« The pool wasnt opened and no where did they have that posted and my grandkids was very disappointed. This is one anemity they should post their opens and closings. This was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel on memorial day weekend. »

« The room appeared to be clean. The sheet on one bed did not appear to be fresh. The first night was extremely noisy from loud music overhead until about 1:30a.m. The second night the noise came from the room next door until about 9:00p.m. (acceptable). The towels were freshened on the 2nd day, but new cups were not provided (no tea for me) . I would have used one of the old cups except some type of winged bug was crawling in it. »

« Motel in Ellijay Cheap and a place to sleep People are nice but rooms are smelling because of humidity and carpets. »

« We really loved staying in this property. I stayed at the Big Horn room and it was great, my girls enjoyed it so much, it was beautifully decorated and it was SO clean. Renee was always available to contact in case of any questions and we also met the owner who was on the property making sure everything was smooth. If I go back to Helen, I will definitely stay here again. »

« We have been to this property before.We enjoyed ourselves.The only negative is that the owner wasn’t aware that the dish tv wasn’t working so we weren’t able to watch the local channels.He did come out to see what the issue was but we were able to watch Netflix .I would recommend this property and return when available »
