« It was my husband and mine 22nd wedding anniversary so we wanted to do a small getaway. When we arrived, everyone greeted us with smiles and very welcoming. Very clean and a wonderful atmosphere. We didn’t have a reservation to the 360 grille until 8:30, so we grabbed drinks and appetizers in the hotel restaurant “Swampers”. I will certainly be back to the Marriott Shoals. The beds were comfy, rooms were clean, and the stay was relaxing. I rarely looked at my phone and didn’t even take photos...

« The stay was great, the check in process with Expedia was not good at all, the electronic receipt didn’t work, when the lady at the front desk called Expedia the person on the other end hung up on her when she would not give her last name, she did not want to give her last name because she had her identity stolen recently. I heard the person on the other end say I cat help you and heard her hang up. Very unprofessional. The hotel staff had to call again as guests were backing up for check in. »
