« This house is in a very nice part of Elkhorn, Nebraska. It is pretty far out on 204th Street which we didn't know until already booked but, we certainly felt safe there. I had to contact the owner a few times about various things and always got a response. You may want to consider creating a binder with pertinent info such as wifi password, instructions for checkout (ie-strip beds and put linens in laundry room, start dishwasher, etc). « Girls weekend. Originally planning for five. One had to cancel due to heath reasons. Contacted property owner regarding situation and they promptly gave me a refund for the pricing based on 5 vs 4. Certainly didn’t have to do that. They checked in a couple times to make sure we had what we needed and were enjoying our stay. Property clean. Close to downtown. Would definitely stay there again. »

« We took a quick trip to Omaha to see the zoo and enjoy friends. The house was amazing. It had so much charm. There was plenty of space, a big table for playing games and eating dinner, a game system for the teens, plenty of beds, and an awesome front porch. There was a great coffee shop just a few blocks away with a really cool atmosphere. The lister did everything to make sure our experience was top notch right down to very end. »

« We enjoyed the different spaces in the house. There were no instructions for the entertainment system and the stairs were not level and very slick. I would suggest a handrail coming down from the attic, we had a fall down the attic steps on the last day. »

« Great neighborhood, quiet and green. Deck and yard area nice for relaxing outside. Basement game area a hit with players, lots to do. Beds were comfortable. A/C worked well in the early summer heat. Dining room was useful as an office for remote work. Overall really enjoyed our stay. If in Omaha again this is our top pick for stay. « This is a nice clean home with plenty of room. The location was great for the wedding and reception we attended. There is a queen sized bed in the master bedroom and the mattress was comfortable. However the other 2 bedrooms didn't have queen sized beds, they are double/full sized beds. So it was uncomfortable for the couples that slept in those beds. The mattresses were comfortable.
