« The room was comfortable, the staff very helpful but the noise in the corridor comes straight in the room. Housekeeping is at 08.30am if you didn't out the sign "don't disturb" they come in the room even if it's your checkout day. »

« We enjoyed our stay and our room was wonderful. Our only problem was with the morning staff at the Starbucks cafe. Both mornings we ordered from the same staff member they were rude and inconsiderate. We didn’t do anything wrong and did not understand why this staff member was rude to us. We only ordered two coffees and two food items. »

« Was clean and modern. Walking distance to everything. Can for HOF and guardians game and was easily walkable. Room was fresh and modern with everything I needed. Had breakfast at the Burnham and wasn’t disappointed both times. Would definitely stay there again »
