The receptionist seemed like she was making us a favor to check us in. Barely talked to us because she was on a call all the time. The room was okay, but the pillow had no pillow cases and the tub had the paint coming out. Not a place I would recommend to go back.

Much better under new management
Stayed here once last winter and it was not a good experience. Tried multiple rooms and the heat didn't work well in any of them. Seems they are under new management now. The customer service was great, riom was clean, and the heat worked.

Checked in was easy, room however…. Tv remote didn’t work, she brought one. Also told her that the night stand & dresser are dirty and have a substance that looks like glass along with white stuff on it, also blood spatter on the wall & tv. She informed me housekeep would come in the morning. She then left and came back with a towel and wiped the night stand, dresser & tv. Blood spatter I wiped from the wall. Tv would only stay on 5-10 mins then cut off….note in the bathroom says it’s throughly cleaned & then inspected by manager, I guess they all did t see the blood or substances. Idk

This property appropriate for an overnight stay for a single person. I wouldn't recommended an extended stay, especially with elderly family members. My room had a refrigerator which didn't work. My mom had a room where the freezer hadn't been cleaned after someone spilled juice inside. Bathrooms were clean yet dimly lit. This property is serviceable yet in definite need of an upgrade.

The first room they gave me was filthy, the AC wasn’t working and I even found what I believe was a very alive wasp inside. The second room they switched me to had a working AC but was still dirty. The room was so cold, and the sheets didn’t provide any warmth; I had to use the heater to be able to sleep (in the middle of summer, by the way). I checked every corner of that bed before I slept on it, not all lamps worked, there was no toilet paper and the bathtub was dirty (luckily I wasn’t going to use it). Don’t ever stay there, pay the extra bucks for a better hotel; I learned the lesson.

Lamp missing shade on lamp beside kitchen area. Had to hunt for the one trash can, It was iin the back of the bathroom sink cabinet. The AC was weird...When on the air was ice cold and you needed to cover up. As soon as the AC stopped the room was so hot we would sweat. No shampoo. One of the main reasons we choose this motel was for "breakfast" which turned out to be granola bars.

Just an ok ok one!
I am not really impressed with this hotel of Extended Stay. Looks like the establishment was an old one and not much improvements were done. The room was ok. If you need a place to stay for a day or two for a less price compared to other ones in that area, you could choose this. After staying, I thought I could pay the extra 10-15 for other hotels. The potty got stuck. The shower was not up to mark. Breakfast to-go comprised of some muffins and oat meal bars. One other guest waited for coffee and was told that won't be available for that day any more since the unit went bad. One good thing this hotel is pretty close to IAD. Overall not a good experience.
