This was our first trip to the area and this house is in a great location for getting around Fayetteville and also easy access to Bentonville (assuming you have a car). « This is a cute cottage that I would highly recommend if you are staying in the Rogers area. There were three of us that stayed, but you could easily have 4-5. It is just as described and very clean. Checkout instructions are very easy. We brought our own coffee, but there was a Keurig with coffe, creamer and sweetener if needed. It is located just one block off of the cute downtown area. I would definitely stay again if I am back in that area! »

« This rental felt like a home away from home. It was clean, quiet and cozy, stocked with everything we needed. If we had a question, the host always responded in under five minutes. The walk was beautiful, the overlook was breathtaking. We spent time hiking in Jasper, watching elk in Ponca and star gazing by the fire back at the house. We highly recommend this place! »

« After a little problem getting in, what a Great and Relaxing stay. The house was exactly as advertised. The bathroom with BIG walk-in shower was fantastic. The bed was the most comfortable we have had at several VRBO location we have stayed. Circular stairs we had to get use to, but really not a problem. The town is a great place to visit with lots of shops and food to pick from. Highly recommend the Rueben at the Ice cream shop across the street and the ice cream too »
