Thank you for sharing. Our Riverview is a great location for both our guests and the staff that works with us. It's so relaxing to look out to the waters / sit back and relax. (Of course staff only does this on their break)

Thank you for sharing about your. The patio for the restaurant did just reopen for the season. It's a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Be sure to return to the restaurant after the 1week of May as the restaurant's summer menu will be released then!

Sorry for any confusion that occurred while checking out. Our systems are programed to not print receipts for any room a d tex paid directly to the 3rd party website. This is why only the parking fee showed.

My apologies about the pool. Being one of largest hotel pools in the area, it generates heavy traffic. While maintenance completez daily cleaning and chemical tests, high volume can become noticeable.

Sorry for any confusion about housekeeping policies. Policy signs are posted at the front desk where guest check in noting daily housekeeping is on request the night before. I am sharing /reviewing with members of our team the importance of also verbally communicating and to see what may have occurred to prevent new towels from being given or sent to your room as this is always available especially when not receiving daily in room housekeeping during your stay. We are sorry this occurred and invite you to contact myself directly to give us another try.

Thank you for sharing about your stay. I would like to share additional details about our guest rooms that maybe of assistance when booking future stays. The hotel offers both standard and suite rooms. While our standard rooms have a guest bathroom with the sink in the bedroom area to help allow multiple guests to be reading at same time, our suite jacuzzi rooms offer a larger walk in bathroom. This room includes a standard up shower separate from the jacuzzi tub and large sink area. If the larger bathroom is more relaxing to your stay, I would suggest trying our suite room on your next stay.
