Staying at Niagara Falls
We enjoyed our stay at the property. The owner, Lori, was prompt with our questions. We love the Falls on the US side more than the Canada side. We gave a 4 stars for the location because of the location itself 😃 The town was poor of activities. Many small shops and restaurants were out of business 🙁 We felt a bit unsafe to walk around the town. But with the car, it was ok, took us about 5-10 minutes to the rainbow bridge which connects US with Canada. On the other side of the bridge is totally a different world with fancy restaurants and multiple shops including the Duty free one. Thanks, Lori, for trying your best to make us feel like staying at home !

Girls’ Trip
The neighborhood was older but it was quiet and easy to get to. We Ubered everywhere we needed to go and filled our three days with several attractions, Seneca Casino and a couple of restaurants. It was nice to come back to a clean home to rest for the next day. Lori was an excellent host and responded to us immediately when we had questions.

Nightmare
We walked in and the place smelled like an.old attic. Buttons were hanging off the couch by a string. The living room carpet was dingy grey. There was some sort of grease running down over the stove. Not to mention the neighborhood was rather sketchy also. I don't see how this got such a high rating on VRBO. Needless to say we relocked the doors notified the owner and left. We went to a hotel to stay. We had to eat the cost of the rental as we were not aware of the condition of the house until we arrived which was too late for a refund. Would not recommend this property to anyone. I have rented many VRBO properties and never disappointed until this one.

Please read our guests' reviews for an accurate description of our home. This person never arrived and is not being truthful. He is disgruntled because he wanted to receive a full refund, but didn't give proper cancellation notice.

1960’s Shabby
Property smelled like an attic that hadn’t been opened in a while. Could not wear shoes in house, even though edge of living room white rug was gray because of the dirt. Arm of chair in living room was broken. Neighborhood was sketchy-people walking by made it a point to look into our parked car. When we told property manager we decided to not stay there, she told me my perceptions were totally wrong. Would not recommend that property to anyone.

Against VRBO policy. Kristine Parcels of Illinois never stayed. Review is in retaliation from a no refund policy of a canceled reservation the day she was to arrive. Kristine is mean spirited. We have wonderful neighbors and have owned our home for 40 years, have made wonderful memories as have our guests. We welcome all race, color, and religion. This is an unfair review and has no truth to it. Hate does not live in this home and will not be tolerated. Our home is exactly what our listing says. Our pictures are indicative of our place. We have brand new appliances, carpet, floors, linens, mattresses and everything is very clean. Our reviews speak for themselves. We are experienced premier hosts that treat all people with respect.

The Vrbo was cute and clean! Communicating with the Host was great! She responded quickly and sent many suggestions for things to do. She prepared us for the area ahead of time! The Vrbo was not too far from any where we wanted to go. We had a nice visit to the area!

Niagara Attractions
Great location for Niagara Falls. Only 1.8 miles to state park. We walked and although sidewalks are challenging and neighborhood is distressed, everyone is friendly.

Great place to visit the falls
Well kept property within a short distance from Niagara State Park. Two story apartment house. On street parking. Quite neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Easy access to inside apartments. Everything was clean. Laundry room was well kept. Host was informative & asked if we needed anything.

Perfect mid-century house

A Perfect Stay near Niagara Falls
This is a perfect two bedroom home within 10 minutes of Niagara Falls. It was very spacious and well-maintained. Like most of the town, it is on the older side but that just added to the charm. You could tell it has been well-maintained. If you are in the area and need two bedrooms this place will do perfectly!

Great vacation
We had a wonderful time in Niagara. The property was immaculate and very comfortable. Lori checked in on us to see if we needed anything, which we didn't. The house had everything we needed. Had we needed something, I'm sure Lori would have taken care of it immediately. She was very quick to respond before and during our stay. She also provided recommendations of several activities to do so we didn't have to research so much. We stayed so busy the whole time we were there. In all, great property, great vacation!

Just a long needed weekend getaway!!

Clean!!
This rental was very clean which we appreciated so much! The neighborhood felt safe and was a short drive to the falls. We appreciated the hide a way bed. Dinner recommendation to Como— very classic Italian was good. We went to Hyde Park Cafe for soul food breakfast which was SO good. Our only complaint was that the beds in bedrooms were very squeaky!

Couldn't ask for a Better Location
The host really made it a point to make sure our stay was comfortable and welcoming. Along with a long list of things to do they also provided everything we needed for our stay. Loved the mid century modern décor. Very fitting. Communication was also fantastic. Never had to wait to long for answers. The location was close anything you would want. Minutes from the falls, great little restaurants, and shopping. Some areas of the neighborhood were a little run down, but never once did I feel unsafe or discouraged from walking. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other families looking to spread out a little on their trip to Niagara.

We had a great stay. Lori and her husband were very attentive. We arrived to a champagne bottle to celebrate my mother’s birthday. They even went out of their way to get a wheelchair for my father so he can get around the Falls. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location!
We visited for a weekend stay at Niagara. The location is wonderful! So close to the Falls and close to Buffalo with lots to do! The house is very clean and well stocked and the owner communicated with us extremely well. She gave us multiple recommendations for things to do around the area as well as checked in with us daily to ensure we had everything we needed. My family will definitely be back!

We found our rental to be in a great location for visiting both Niagara Falls and Buffalo.
Our apartment met our needs perfectly: both the facility and the appliances were modern and worked well; nothing was missing; and owner was totally helpful and knowledgeable in answering our questions, including suggesting places for us to go and restaurants to eat at.

Awesome family weekend trip
We spent a lot of time hanging out in our rental home, the beds were so nice! My dad said he would miss it. There were waters in the fridge at arrival which was a kind gesture. Lori was great at communicating throughout our stay. There was a nice shower head! And the mirror in in the bathroom had great lighting! The kitchen was fully furnished. We watched Netflix on the TV! It wasn’t exactly walking distance from the falls, but a Uber ride to the falls was short and inexpensive, so it worked out just fine! The surrounding area didn’t have the beat reputation, but we actually helped a neighbor out with moving some furniture, they were very friendly. We had no issues with the area! Exceeded expectations! Thank you Lori for sharing your home with us!

Nothing Fancy
Lori and her husband were very nice. They learned we were traveling with a nine month old and were sure to supply a high chair and a pack and play. We had teenagers who were not keen on sleeping with grandma in the queen bed, lol, so they also brought a roll away in. The bed was comfortable and we were able to find our way around easily. Thumbs up! Enjoyed every minute 🥰
