« We had a great stay house was really clean and comfortable but unfortunatly it is about 20 km from the train station as it says on website its 15 min walk so we had to get taxis in and out of town which was 30 euro each way Also they don't have credit card facilities so the money had to be revoluted or cash and we weren't informed of this untill day 2.. »

Insgesamt ist das Haus jedem zu empfehlen, der Ruhe und einen guten Ausgangspunkt für den eher rauen Westen sucht, und längere Anfahrtswege an die Küste nicht scheut. Die Seelage und die Seeblicke sind jedoch einmalig. »

« The property manager was so welcoming! Fresh flowers, local bread and a sweet treat awaited us. Even though we were delayed arriving at the appointed time, our hostess made sure the “hand over” was seemless and she answered all of our questions. She was accessible for questions during our stay and made several great suggestions of destinations in the area. I highly recommend the property. A+ »

« Séjour enchanté dans cette jolie chaumière avec vue sur le Croagh Patrick (que nous avons escaladé, sous le soleil), sans oublier la pause, au retour, au pub le Campbells. Belle découverte de Westport et de renseignements fournis à l’office du tourisme par un charmant monsieur. Belle journée aussi à Clare Island, toujours avec du soleil. « Our stay was excellent. Beautiful cottage in an excellent location, close to Castlebar with good road connections for touring the beautiful county of Mayo. The hosts Declan and Laura are very welcoming and very accommodating. Absolutely lovely people. A real genuine "Cead Mile Failte" is felt here. « Cabin is adorable and location is beautiful. However, the owner says the heat goes on in “am and pm” which is a stretch. The heat goes on for about an hour in the evening and in the morning. The cabin is the sane temperature as the outside. It was 9 degrees centigrade and the little coal stove could not warm the bedrooms, kitchen or bathroom. We had to check out early and find a hotel because our kids were freezing. I tried to contact the owner when we arrived but did not answer the phone. Just...

« La maison est vraiment très belle, spacieuse et bien agencée. L’équipement au top et le linge de maison est fourni en quantité. L’environnement tranquille face à un lac. Le jardin est grand et clos. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse, à cause du temps mais elle bien équipée elle aussi. « Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette région de Newport. La maison est très bien placée pour visiter les environs. Problème de pression d'eau dans la douche de la petite salle de bain et aussi problème d'évacuation dans les WC. Dans l'ensemble nous sommes très contents de notre séjour. Merci à Yvor »
