Was there for a girls night out for gambling at the Casino. The staff was very friendly checking in and out. Our room was okay, wishing they had small fridge with freezer in the rooms. Ours did not have one. Rooms were clean, and comfortable. Would go back.

The accommodations met my expectations. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant provided a good meal. The casino was clean and not too crowded. I would stay here again if I’m ever in the area in the future.

Pros: friendly front desk staff; large room; convenient parking; decent breakfast. Cons: no maintenance staff there, had to plunge toilet myself; no fridge or microwave, zero soap, shampoo, conditioner of any kind in room. Containers on wall were all empty!

I love the rooms and the arcade and water park. I think that the breakfast could be alot better. The only thing i would change about the water park would be to add a small section for little littles. Overall a great place to stay.

Room was nice but nothing fancy. Couldn’t figure out the tv but they sent someone right away. Biggest problem was the train right outside our window which ran all night! The whistle woke us up! Bed was not that comfortable and pillows too fat. Restaurant in casino was not very good. Property was clean and staff were very friendly however.

Great family vacation area. I will say the entrance to the hotel smells of cigarette smoke due to the casino. But luckily our room didn’t smell. The breakfast was delicious. The water park was a lot of fun. Will pay attention to room details next time as I was hoping to have a small fridge and microwave. The staff was amazing.

Hotel was great at getting our 2 families close together. Waterpark was great. Towel service is nice. We really enjoyed our stay there. Very clean. We go every year for the last 3 yrs

The mattresses are a little hard for my liking and it is smokey as to be expected when connected to a casino so be aware if you are sensitive to smoke. Kids had a great time in the Waterpark.

No Coffee /No Receipt, 3rd Party Booking
Rooms were clean and no issues. Of course with any casino environment cigarette smoke aggressive. Casino no issues. Morning breakfast okay, but no coffee available, so if you really wanted coffee had to go to casino floor. When got ready to check out I asked for receipt, was told sorry you made reservation with a 3rd party you will have to get receipt through them. Also when checking into hotel our friends were booked on the other side of hotel and was refused moving oir room to the same side because, I had booked through a 3rd party. I don't get it!!! I would return to hang with my friends, but me personally I would not choose this destination on my own to return for just an enjoyable weekend.

It was ok. Really disappointed that the water park was closed when we came. Apparently it's only open Thursday through Sunday. Seems like such a waste. The rooms were standard but a little dirty. The lamp shade was covered in a thick layer of dust and the walls were dirty and the side of the tub also needed a scrub. My kids enjoyed the arcade but like the water park the place to buy toys with your tickets won was closed until Thursday which was particularly upsetting to my son who was excited to spend his tickets because he won the jackpot. Breakfast was decent. Lots of options. Would probably stay again but definitely would want a cleaner room and would go on the weekend so we could get the experience.

Beware of water park hours if you want to use it
One of the rooms we booked was not clean at all. The front desk person ended up cleaning it again. Also we booked this for the Waterpark but we're not aware it chooses at 5pm on Sundays. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good as well.

Clean and feels new, but there are a couple issues
Check-in was great and, overall, the hotel and casino are very clean. I liked the breakfast and would definitely return, but only for another one-nighter. My room's shower head was pulled out of the wall about three inches. It still worked, but an unrelated issue is that the water pressure itself was just odd; didn't feel good and temperature was very hot the whole time despite trying to make adjustments. The bathroom was clearly not fully clean because there was a used, wet rag still in there. Also, the bed was not comfortable.
