Up to date property that is convenient (enough) to the Newburgh Airport. They advertise a shuttle to the airport, but the service is not available when you need it. I wound up paying 30 bucks for a taxi. Otherwise, it's a good place to stay, what you'd expect.

Property was fine. The woman who checked us in was not. She was obviously stressed about something and I made the mistake of mentioning that. Hopefully - at least for future travelers - it was a one-off.

I was getting pillows comfortable on the bed and a stink bug slides out from the pillow case. gross. Not sure how that happened if you keep beds clean. we were on the fifth floor and heard the highway outside. I didn't get much sleep. we go for the free breakfast and my father wants coffee and it's in the hallway. why? there are seniors who don't want to walk in the hallway to get their coffee like my dad.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very polite and courteous. I didn’t like the fact that at check-in they didn’t inform me about an additional charge for incidentals and would be refunded after a few days. Also I know there was a grab bar in the shower but there should be one so it’s easier for people to get off the low toilets.
