Check in tardif (23h30) en raison de notre vol arrivé à pratiquement 22h, puis ensuite passage au contrôles ESTA. J avais au préalable prévenu l hôtel de notre check in tardif par mail et ils ont apprécié la démarche (leur préciser votre numéro de vol et heure d arrivée à l aéroport) Au P4 tous les hôtels proches viennent récupérer leurs clients avec leur propre navette. La navette de l Hôtel (camionnette blanche, bleue et verte) au logo Holiday Inn Express vous prendra en charge au P4 via l air train que vous prendrez après avoir récupéré vos bagages. Le personnel est très accueillant, vous pouvez prendre un café, une boisson chaude au stand près de l accueil. Notre chambre (standard 2 grands lits double) était comme nous l espérions. Propre, literie très confortable, salle de bain (baignoire/douche) dispose de toutes les commodité (sèche-cheveux et shampoing, après shampoing, savon main et lait pour le corps) et une petite buanderie permet de déposer vos vêtements sur cintres et dispose d une table à repasser et d’un fer à repasser. Le petit déjeuner (6h-10h) est correct en proposant l essentiel : café, thé, jus de fruit, pancake, yaourt, œufs brouillés, 1 patisserie à la canelle, saucisses de dinde ou porc (en forme de petits steacks hachés) La salle de restaurant pour le petit déjeuner est confortable. Nous avons apprécié notre passage dans cet hôtel.

dining options are poor. the room was clean and comfortable. the shuttle service was timely but does not drop you at your airlines so a added amount of time is required to make the trek from drop off to airline checkin.

A suitable hotel for overnighting when traveliing through the airport. Does take time to get to hotel by shuttle service but every hotel there has the same issue. Was not as quiet as some airport hotels. Not because of plane noise but car noise. Again all area hotels probably have this issue.

Expedia lists this location as having laundry facilities to which was found to be not only incorrect, but an ongoing issue. As this was a single day stay before my next destination for business travel, you could imagine my disappointment when I inquired about means of laundry at the front desk, and was asked if I had booked through Expedia. Thinking it was odd, the attendant explained that it’s an ongoing issue and Expedia refuses to correct it. In my world that could be misconstrued as false advertisement.

The recorded message for the hotel told me to go to P4 (airport shuttle location) and then call them back and enter code 20. That turned out to be an invalid extension. We tried many calls, attempting to contact the front desk. They all went to the operator, who never picked up. After standing in the hotel shuttle area for about 20 mins, a shuttle showed up. A more accurate message would have said “go stand outside and wait for our shuttle”. Maddening!!

This is a perfect airport hotel. Clean, comfortable bed, quiet rooms, great long term parking if you need it for reasonable price, great staff and very good free breakfast. Our free shuttle TO the airport was great right to our airline and runs 24/7 but getting to the pick up spot at the airport on our return was complicated enough that we caught an Uber instead. This is not a high end luxury experience but is so clean and comfortable and quiet I highly recommend it. Staff VERY GOOD and super helpful even at 3am. Perfect place to stay to sleep and fly. We stayed over both going and returning. Oh, and if you do not know the area this is Elizabeth—not a tourist destination, but a great airport hotel. If you are visiting NYC as a tourist stay in Brooklyn or Manhattan!

This is a hotel that is located near the airport and offers free shuttle. While waiting for my next flight I spent one night at this hotel. Excellent hotel offering American breakfast.

The worst part of our arrival was the wait of 40 minutes for the hotel shuttle that supposedly runs every 30 minutes at that time of night. When we phoned the hotel to inquire, they snapped at us to not call them, that the shuttle would come automatically. Note: there is even a sign posted in the shuttle to call them upon arrival, so, why so rude? Once we were in our room, it was good. Warm, not hot water for shower; otherwise, good.

The hotel is really nice. Comfortable, clean room, decent free breakfast, etc. I was a bit put out by the shuttle service, which was late to pick up at the airport and late to leave the inn.

Like: Breakfast was pretty good; clean; staff were nice Didn't like: Transportation by shuttle was convenient, but too infrequent - had to wait a long time at airport; no restaurants in area, had to order pizza for delivery, it was awful :(
