Nice hotel, good location, but the front staff is rude and does not seem to care at about customer satisfaction. We arrived around noon on our first date, a couple of hours before the room was ready. They were able to take our luggage but did not want to give us access to the gym on the basis that we needed a room card to go on the third floor. We asked very nicely and they were quite rude. They could have escorted us to the gym very easily. We were staying at their hotel for 5 nights... They charged an amenities fee of around $40 which includes a 20$ more or less of credit for city bikes. They forgot our request to send the city bikes credit via the Lyft application twice, and the days we got them, it took sometimes hours for us to receive them after lodging our request... they accepted to deduct the fee for one day, but the service was just overall poor and dissapointing from the front staff desk. It was difficult to obtain a smile. The doorman were very sweet (Kevin among others). Cleaning staff very nice too.
