I reached out to the hotel and they informed me of vacancy. Following my purchase and attempt to check in, I was told I had to wait until 3pm. I called and tried to cancel as the reservation was made at 0336 and canceled at 0338. The hotel refused to allow a check in or refund. I’m reporting them to the BBB and disputing my charge. Disgusting business.

The girl working the front desk was very nice, friendly and helpful. So was the morning shuttle driver. Room was clean. Lighting could have been better.

The property is newer but is not being taken care of. Some walls are scuffed and the front desk front needs to be wiped down. Front floor needs moping. Some caulking in bathroom needs repaired. Carpet in bedroom was dirty.

Customer service was not good I called for a shuttle and waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes the hotel is at most 15 minutes away. I never got a clear answer. Upon arrival in the afternoon I was told I could get breakfast in the morning, then when I ask to get breakfast in the morning they said it was not included in my booking. Really disappointed I pay $467.00 and service was bad.

MY HUSBAND AND ME 🥰 STAYED THE WEEKEND AND EVERYTHING WAS REALLY SUPER CLEAN AND THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK WERE VERY FRIENDLY, THE ONLY THING IS THAT THE BAR SERVICE WAS NOT AVAILABLE I THINK IT WAS UNDER REPAIR. BUT WITHOUT A DOUBT IF WE RETURN TO NEW YORK THIS HOTEL WOULD BE OUR CHOICE☺️

This hotel is clean, the staff friendly and the shuttle to the airport quick. It’s a 5 mins walk to the subway and a 40mins ride to time square.

The young man at the front desk was AWESOME! Young, gifted, and Black!!!! Extremely professional. Hotel was clean and brand new! The only thing it lacks is a full restaurant with a lounge
