Ne pas y aller pour le tourisme
Séjour positif car nous savions que l'hôtel est ex-centré et nous l'avons choisi pour être prêt de notre famille qui habite sur place. Cependant aucun service alors que nous sommes tout de même dans un Hilton (pas de bouteille d'eau à l'arrivée dans la chambre, pas de chaussons, à l'accueil pas d'espace avec boissons chaudes ou froides à disposition gratuitement (alors que cela est très fréquent dans les autres hôtels que nous avons d'ailleurs fait à New York). Piscine très très petite et toujours fermée lorsque nous sommes passés voir.

Hôtel vétuste à être rénové!
L'accueil fut bien. Pat contre l'état vétuste des corridors et ascenseur l'odeur pas très agréable de ces derniers ne sont plus à la hauteur de mes attentes d'un Hilton Garden Inn! Le matelas et le confort de la chambre était bien mais les meubles sont aussi vétuste!! Les bases de lits étaient même trop grandes pour les matelas!! Très déçu de cet établissement qui tessemblaiy plutôt à un Holiday inn vieillot!!

Hotel did not provided drinking water to customer that they were not honor gold customers Staff was rude and unable to treat customers. Local hotel manners dedicated to its surrounding local residents and making us feel unwelcoming and unworthy of service we were paying for. This treatments began the first moment we were checking in. Cleaning staff that did not clean the room leaving dirtying sheets , towels etc even stains were on the sheets they covered on hitting them. We asked for an investigation. Horrible place to be called Hilton. We never have this kind of treatment. My daughter and I manage to stay 6-5nights without doing anything in the hotel, but sleep. We are sending a better and longer explanation to Hilton Corporation for they to know how badly and deprimente they are represented al the Hilton hotel at Staten Island. Very disappointed!

Found out upon check in that this property is actually a wedding, sweet 16 Bar/Baht Mitza,and another event you could imagine Checking in was like checking your luggage at an airport and the restaurants as a guest you can’t use because they are all booked out for yup you guessed it seventeen ….Big showy noisy events and as a hotel guest there is no way to avoid it Parling is a like as the property allows the hotel events to use ALL the parking literally leaving the paying hotel guest with no place to park On 4 occasions on a 8 day stay we had no place to park The staff could care less because the Eve t going on is more important then the paying hotel guest Tge hurl is on a run down surrounded neighborhood and across the street is a lovely view of the Staten Island land full Walking to your room wa a nightmare as the event people get first dips on the best rooms and they take full drunken Debchary (think kids screaming at ear shattering levels as well as grown drunk adults acting like fools 3 times my room was tried to be entered by theses event people who couldn’t find there own room Entering and leaving the hotel was like waiting for a NYC subway…never a moment of silence or having to navigate through a sea of people.On 4 days and the entire weekend there were a minimum of 6 events per day and the weekend was 3 weddings a day and night Bridzilla and her family in all their loud and gawdy trash speech .we had to laugh as this is not a hotel but a party /event hall

ordered tickets online When I arrived at the hotel They didn’t want to give me a room, they said that they didn’t receive the money, although they took it from the bank And that was the problem. I wasn't the only one. Four people in front of me had the same problem. I had to buy a ticket at an inflated price I withdrew money twice Now I need to call the bank and explain the situation I offer cheaper tickets when you arrive raises prices at night Yes you have no choice

We didn't have a pleasant stay like last time on this property. I couldn't find the sheet underneath the comforter because it was rolled to a corner of the bed. It gave me an impression that the sheet wasn't changed from the last guest. My husband and I had a hard time to fall in sleep because of noises. One obviously was from the elevator near the room. The mechanic noise could be heard almost through the whole night.

The restaurant at the property was great along with the staff and service that they provided. It was quiet at night other than when the events were going on. That also limited parking for guest that were staying at the hotel. When I asked about parking, I was asked how long I would be staying. When I asked if I could park in the parking lot beside the building, I was told that that was rented out to Amazon for training drivers. I was also told that they would ask their manager on duty if I could park there, and then was told that I was not staying long enough without management even being asked. The front desk staff could take a few tips from the restaurant personnel. Other than that it is a fairly decent hotel.

This is a motel, can’t have name “hotel”. Super dirty, old broken furniture. I would never recommend this place to stay.

The HGI offered a convenient option to stay after an event. There’s a nice bar and the property is very nice. Room was clean and comfortable.
