Really really clean everywhere. Cozy hotel and very welcoming personnel. Double check your room type by calling before arrivé because we experienced an issue there.

Small room size. Barely enough room to walk arouns the beds. Breakfast area was way too small with limited seating. Not really a hot breakfast but had a few microwave omelets. Would say this is a high priced budget hotel.

Hotel is new and everything is pristine and perfectly functional. Nice breakfast. Only drawback- parking is in the municipal lot several blocks away (you have to pay for it). Parking on the street is near impossible.

Previous Non disclosure of Parking. They claim to have only 6 spots. If you agree its $30 a day if you park and leave car in all day. If you go out and return the same day it's another $30. Totally unacceptable. Used Street Parking which may be a 20-30 minute ordeal. Should have a legend that reads "Contact Hotel in advance due to limited Parking".

We do have limited parking spots available on a first come and first serve basis (No reservations) with no in and out privileges. This is a unique little hotel in the heart of Brooklyn. It’s new, clean, modern, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The room and bathroom are very spacious! Breakfast was very adequate and staff are attending to everything. I am very, very pleased with this booking, and would definitely stay here again. 10/10!!

Enjoyed our stay! The facility is in good condition and very clean. Simple breakfast included, plenty of FREE parking around the hotel, and 5min walk to metro station (R line). Staff is pleasant but reduced a star because they are not very knowledgeable about general tourist attractions.

Stayed here for a week. 1. Its a new building and very clean. I hope they keep it this way. 2. Near bus stops and a few blocks away from the subway station. 3. They kept towels stocked and trash emptied. 4. They cleaned the toilet well but didnt clean the shower. 5. Breakfast was made available if you need that kind of thing. I would go back again provided they can maintain the nice building and clean rooms.

I like the area . I lived close by for over 30 years so I was comfortable with staying there . We had a flight at JFK at 8 am and needed to stay close . We parked in the street for free . No issues . Got bagels and a sandwich for flight at dyker bagels right across the street . Worked at great . Would stay again

Excellent stay
This hotel is clean and beautiful and the customer service was excellent. Our room was clean and beautifully designed very modern. Dove products are provided in the bathroom. Many towels are also provided. Free coffee is available in the lobby 24-7 since no coffee maker in room but there is a small refrigerator and safe. Free breakfast is grab and go in the lobby. There is underground parking for $30 a night with no in and out privileges however garage has very limited spaces and it will s very tight. Would not recommend a large SUV. Overall stay was great and I would definitely recommend

estuve 10 días, y todos los días fueron buenos. La unica mejor que haría sería la variedad en el desayuno, era muy poco variado y muy pocas opciones.
