« This was an awesome little property, in a lovely spot with a great view. We stayed for three nights but would have been happy to stay here longer if we had the time. The location on the coastal walkway was an added bonus too, we walked to the city and back- not a short walk but doable on a mild autumn day. Te Moana was very well equipped and very comfy- with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again if visiting the area and be happy to also recommend this place to...

« We had a great stay here. The property is very clean and comfortable, the owners go the extra mile by providing a few drinks and snacks, communication was very clear, and we felt we had privacy even though it's part of their home. It's in lovely location near the port, but still walking distance to town for dinner. Highly recommend and would stay again. »

« This was a great place to stay. It was very spacious and had a nice garden for the children to play in and it had wonderful views of the beach and Port Taranaki from the deck. It was lovely to sit outside in the evening and watch the sunset and the boats being loaded at the port. »

« We spent 5 wonderful nights here and it was the perfect base for our adventures! The location is great, close - but not too close to New Plymouth and the local cafe is only 3 minutes walk away for that much needed early morning caffeine kick start. We eally enjoyed the outdoor shower, its cute, feels adventurous but has all the privacy that you need. The hosts are great, attentive but not intrusive. We had a great time here and would love to go back again one day, maybe for WOMAD 2025! »

« We have stayed here before, although not in this unit. We were very sad this unit did not have recliners - the last unit we stayed in did. There is the absolute minimum of kitchen equipment and towels, and very cheap toilet paper. It's a shame since the units were built to be upscale, but they are being managed as mid-range. However, I suppose that is reflected in the relatively cheap rate. »

« Nicely presented studio in quiet area very close to the beach. Small kitchenette perfectly adequate for preparing a meal, if required, with new Air Fryer and microwave. Great shower and comfortable bed. Fantastic location for cyclists and walkers wanting to do the coastal walkway. Tropical garden was very attractive. Studio 22 was excellent value. »

« I was a bit wary about staying in an obviously more "industrial" site - but it was ok! the unit was modern, comfortable and well equipped - the balcony with a bush view was an unexpected bonus. I would stay here again. »

« There was no information on line or in the rooms about what would be available in the room and given it was well out of town it would have nice to know in advance that things like shower soap weren't provided which as most places supply we assumed there would be some. We had to then make a trip to town the next day to get supplies like soap etc and extra milk & teabags as there was limited supply of those (and we didn't want to use every last one otherwise it would have looked like we had just...
