Séjour d’une nuit rapide après l’aéroport. Le personnel est gentil mais la propreté laisse à désirer dans la salle de bain. Le système d’eau chaude est bancal.

What a disasourous way to design city roads. No left turn for 4 lights. Drive south go over a mile through neighborhoods to turn left, to get on i 10 east. Total pain in ass comming and going off canal st. N.o. nice people, but simply a tourist trap. I wont be back, way too many people.

No free breakfast since IHop is connected but they did have coffee in the mornings......Room was clean bathrooms remodeled...Very cute hotel for a Ramada in. Only thing is the fitness room was not the best. Old equipment and some of it was broken. Pool was green (May in New Orleans ..... so swim weather.) Other than that we would stay there again. Oh but there do have door stoppers on the outside of the hotel doors....weird. And if it falls while the door is shut you will NOT be able to get out of your room.....had to call the front office and it was due to the door stopper.

We experiment slow draining in the tub, sink and toilet. The water wouldn’t get hot unless we turn the tub water on first and then the sink water would become hot. The front desk only send maintenance. No one offered accommodations for our stay. Thank God we were only staying two nights.

Likes: comfy bed, ajoining ihop. Hot shower. Pool looked decent. Dislikes: the hotel smelled like drugs and gasoline. The room was a bit run down, but an ok place to stay for just a night if you are tired

Property was in disrepair e.g.both the sink and tub didn't drain properly, there was mildew in the shower, pool was murky and there was a colony of live bugs swimming around by the steps.

The beds squeak. My companions bed sounded like a cat meowing when she sat on it or when she rolled over. We were in room 307. We didn’t mind, gave us another reason to laugh.

Oh yikes! Well, thank you for finding the humor in the squeaking bed; however, maintenance has discovered the 'cat' and has taped her mouth shut. haha! Please come back and see us again soon.

The entire hotel smells awful. There is painting chipped and cracks throughout the rooms. The carpet is where the smell is coming from which is very outdated and needs to be removed. There was someone else hair all over the restroom. This is NOT a place for someone dealing with allergies at all.

I liked the price the rooms had a horrible. smell to them the carpet is outdated and needs to be replaced with hardwood floors

There were other guests on our floor smoking weed and we could smell it. The room itself had a musty odor. The staff was ok. The person who checked us in barely made eye contact,didn’t even smile nor spoke a word other than take my card and ask me to sign paperwork. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We are a NON-SMOKING FACILITY and we do have POLICIES in place for any complaint of a SMOKE SMELL. Our apology for the complete lack of regard for these policies.

I visit this property often. I always feel at home here. The building is older but it has charm. From the artwork to the balconies, it’s a New Orleans vibe. The front desk staff is great and add to that at home feeling and Amanda F especially knows her southern hospitality. I will continue to come back every chance I get

This hotel was affordable and convenient. Staff were wonderful only down sized is that it’s extremely old and in need of some remodeling. In our room some of the carpet was peeling off from the entrance to our rooms.

One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in when it comes to a hotel stay. Very restful visit. The staff was extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly.

Hi there, we are so sorry you had such a terrible experience; however, we have CHECKED the LOCK AUDIT and NO ONE accessed your room except your card and a housekeeping card. The housekeeper assigned to your room has been with the property over 10 years and we have NEVER had a complaint on her. Please recheck your luggage and perhaps you will find your 'stolen' items. These things often show up.

Good stay but hard mattress
I stay at this Ramada regularly for work, and have good experiences. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. However, this stay, and my previous stay, both in the same room, were marred by two things. 1. The mattress in Room 205 is hard as a rock. I’ve not experienced this in other rooms at this property. I now know to avoid this room if I want to walk without pain after a night in this bed. 2. The elevator has been out of service in the morning as I go to leave during both stays. Fortunately I’m not dealing with large amounts of luggage as a solo traveler, so using the stairs over using the elevator at the rear of the property is not a huge issue. That being said, I’ll probably stay here again as I’ve had good service and it is convenient. I just won’t stay in room 205.

We are so sorry that this is what you've experienced on *this* stay. We have checked the mattress in 205 and while it is a new mattress, it is also a FIRM mattress. Yes, our front elevator was down overnight; however, thankfully we do have two elevators. The front elevator was up by 730am the following day.
