DO NOT STAY HERE. Filthy facility, worn out. Homeless people in the foyer at midnight. No breakfast (her truck still had not delivered by 8:45 a.m.) When we arrived to get the key (already checked in) they insisted upon a $100 deposit for one night's stay in a $80 room, not listed on the site. I gave it to them and the next morning, since the hotel was in such bad shape, I asked for her to check the room upon departure. She said she had already refunded the deposit. She did not.

The floors were filthy, the bathroom floor was full of hair. You could not get the towels you needed, entry way was filthy, leaves bluing and not cleaned. Night staff was rude, carpet in hallways needed vacuuming very badly. We didn’t finish our stay there, it was to nasty and fit.

We were given a room that was occupied. We opened the door to find a naked man in it. The front desk gave us a new room. That room had a package in it to replace the sink. I had to kill a roach on the table. The floor felt dirty. It was a really gross experience.

The location was very close to food, dining, and entertainment. Located in a quiet area. The hotel was dirty. The lobby area, elevator, hallway to the room and the room was dirty. The floors don’t get mopped and rooms don’t get cleaned. I went to the nearest dollar tree and purchased bleach and fabuloso, and then clean the kitchen countertops, bathroom vanity, toilet, tub (dirt ring) and the leather chair. I also asked for a vacuum cleaner because the floor was dirty and had long stringy black hair on the bathroom floor and carpeted area. If the hotel and the room was clean I would have given this location five stars.

Our room had no hot water. When we went down to try and get our room changed the guy working the desk had to call his manager who then told us that they had no other rooms available. Eventually found out there were other rooms available but they had two beds instead of one and they wanted to upcharge us $40 a night to move to one of those rooms! We didn’t have hot water and they wanted to upcharge us to get hot water! We left and went to a different hotel. Hopefully they refund us. The entire interaction with the staff was not helpful and completely non-sympathetic. Stay somewhere else.

Not Impressed: Will Never Stay There again
I wasn't allowed to check-in early without paying an extra fee. I wasn't even allowed to use the bathroom 30 minutes before check-in. One night there was a roach crawling on the wall. Not having automatic doors in the front is dumb when people are carrying luggage. The heavey sping doors beat me up all week and bruised me twice.The breakfast wasn't much more than coffee and a muffin. There was no maid service for 4 days. The TV remote didn't work very well. The parking lot was trashy when I arrived and there was a grocery buggy in the parking lot all week.

I made reservations for my son and his girlfriend because my son was visiting in New Orleans. This was one of the dirtiest and worn out hotel we’ve ever stayed in. No ice, hair dryer, or coffee pot. Elevator didn’t go to top floor and that was only floor they would put us on. First room was worst and wouldn’t change us until we insisted on manager. Will never stay at any extended stay hotel again.

The property was clean for the most part but needs to be updated. The tub in our room looked like from the 60’s. It wasn’t even white. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable . Staff is limited. Packs of oatmeal offered for breakfast and coffee so they shouldn’t mention breakfast. That’s no type of breakfast

They said, breakfast included. It was a car with coffee in a cup of oatmeal. Other hotels have more extensive breakfast. No ice machines either. Only one light worked in the room bulbs were missing.
