The hotel is very nice and clean but the fact that they don’t offer breakfast and that there is no coffee machine in the rooms is a BIG LACK.

While we currently do not offer breakfast, we are constantly evaluating ways to improve our services and amenities based on guest feedback.In the meantime, we do offer a variety of dining options in the surrounding area, and our front desk staff is always available to provide recommendations and assistance in finding the perfect spot to start your day.As for the coffee machine in the rooms, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The room was well-decorated, large, and had a fantastic kitchenette. The location puts you within walking distance of many unique dining options, as well as live entertainment and a world class museum. On the downsides, the room really needed a small coffee maker and the (non-complimentary) breakfast options were disappointing.

Great hotel! Nice sized rooms, the new restaurant is really good, front desk service is always great too. I miss the Nespresso machines in the rooms, the coffee in the lobby is not quite the same.

Great Room and Location. No amenities.
For the room charge, at least I would have expected a coffee machine in the room. For the day we were the 2 restaurants were not open, no bar, and no breakfast on site.

The property is new with convenient amenities such as coffee in the lobby and restaurant on site (closed on Mondays) kind and engaging. They have removed all the coffee makers from the rooms, and the towels were like sandpaper.

The staff was amazing and the rooms and amenities were good the only issue and it may be a big one for some the water in the shower fluctuated between hot and cold to the point that i actually got burned nothing horrible more akin to a mild sunburn

They had a wedding reception this weekend and our hallway was a big drunk feast hangout for those guests. I called the Front Dest 3X, 11:30pm, 1:30pm & 3:30pm and kept being told “well there’s a wedding” (basically deal with it). NEVER AGAIN!!

Excellent rooms, very ample and comfortable. People is very friendly and helpful. Excellent location. The only downside is that there is no formal breakfast in the restaurant.
