Esperábamos un cuarto interior, como el de la foto y resulta que nos envían a un cuarto exterior, literalmente como de motel barato. Nos quedamos porque ya estaba pagado, pero esto es un engaño. Tenemos colindancia con la carretera y el ruido de los autos es insoportable. Pensamos que la cadena era más setia. Las puertas de acceso y del baño se cierran a fuerza y solo con golpes. Pésima experiencia. Pedimos un cuarto privado y hay una puerta que comunica con la habitación vecina ¡y estaba abierta!. Nosotros tuvimos que poner el seguro. Se escuchan los pasos del cuarto de arriba. Cero calidad.

At first glance it’s a nice hotel. Employees were great. Hotel room hadn’t been vacuumed. Dried up fried rice in the bed sheets along with black hair multiple. Pub hairs on the toilet, and no body wash. Then in the morning I used the laundry services. Washer worked no problem. I ran the dryer through 2 cycles and couldn’t get them dry. I had to go to a laundry mat instead of relaxing.

We stayed here two nights, overall we had a pleasant stay, rooms were clean, staff were nice, it was quiet, only thing would be the door to the restroom didn’t shut. Other than that it was pretty great.

Great stay
Conveniently right off the highway. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, room was comfortable and quiet. Pool was very nice, the jacuzzi was not heated but the kids didn't mind.

Floor was extremely dirty, we killed quite a few bugs during our stay. There was bad wear and tear through the room and we generally felt unsafe. The door barely shut.

The check-in was smooth and quick. Once we got to the room it was humid and the sheets felt damp. This dampness never went away our whole stay there, 3 nights. The wall where the headboards are was covered in dust. If i could upload a pic I would show.

Yuck!
So we wanted a simple hotel to stay in after a long day at the water park, and ugh, it was terrible. First off the front desk clerk seemed to care less that we were there. Then, there is no elevator, so we hauled our bags and coolers up the stairs. The whole placed smelled musty and mildewed. The wall paper was dingy and the carpet ragged. Then we got to the room and good lord! It was filthy. There was dust on the TV and bathroom counter (like it had been stuck in time for a while), and everything was just a bit off. Finally we unfolded the couch bed and there was, I kid you not, a big red stain. I think it was juice or ketchup, I hope, but that was the final straw. We packed up and left to stay somewhere else. I spent a good chunk of my life going to different hotels in different price ranges, and it's hard to ick me out, but I do not recommend staying here unless there is literally no other option.

There is no elevator. Pool doesn't seem too clean. Rooms are on the outside. Seemed clean. We had a fly that tormented the hell out of us but we didn't mentioned it. Not a 200.00 room. Maybe for the location, New Braunfels but any other place maybe 85.00/night

WORST STAY EVER
When I booked the room nothing was mention about the room been outside with a door to to outside - when we asked to be moved inside they charged a up grade fee when we went to the room the air conditioner did not work - moved rooms - in the “up grade” there were NO towels - the rooms smelled like mold - there was a order to the room - the cards keys did not work when we outside and tried to come back inside -on Sunday the hotel ran out of breakfast -drinks - they people at the front desk were unfriendly-it was NOT a very good experience at this hotel-will NOT recommend this hotel-absolutely NOT -I would not stay at this hotel again -

The restroom and floors in hotel were not cleaned, they had a lack of clean towels for rooms and pool area. We were also placed next to a smoking room and we are not smokers. The breakfast was great and the customer service was good!

It was a good experience overall. The only down fall is we could hear the people next door and it was hard to fall asleep with such chaos. Don’t get a room with the door to enter another room as you can hear all the noise.

It was close to the Schlitterbahn Water park. Besides the phone not working and the room service not coming when it was requested, I enjoyed my stay.

Weekend getaway
It was an easy location to get to, the service was wonderful an everyone was great. The pool was the highlight of the trip loved it!
