Hotel bien placé mais sans charme
Idéalement placé à côté de la plage. Chambre petite. Hotel vieillissant et sans charme particulier. Parfait pour 1 nuit avant un vol. Un peu cher pour la qualité et pour le pays.

Super hôtel!!!
J'ai eu la chance de séjourner dans une chambre vue mer avec balcon. Un vrai bonheur. L'agencement de la chambre m'a agréablement surpris. Le minibar était offert et le personnel aux petits soins. Seul petit bémol est les moustiques la nuit tombée. Nous avons eu le malheur de laisser 2 minutes la vitre ouverte la nuit et ce fût une invasion. Hélas, il n'y a pas de moustiquaire au dessus du lit donc la nuit a été très très longue. Sans quoi, le design de l'hôtel en général, le cadre, le service, la propreté.... TOP!! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Practical Hotel not far from Airport in Colombo
We spent one night here on our last day in Colombo. Hotel on the beach with comfortable room, only the air conditioning was too strong and sending all the air on the face. We could not really use the hotel facilities

Decevant pour 5 étoiles
Acceuil top, le lieu même très agréable. Notre chambre tres décevante, tres très petite, nous étions obligde demander d enlever la tele (sur un pied roulante) sinon mon marie ne pouvait pas entrer dans le lit !!! La terrasse était très grande, mais on dort pas sur la terrasse ! Aussi la salle de bain était tres grande, elle était équipée pour les handicapés. La chambre était très mal isolée. A l autre côté de la rue il y avaient des bars, un avec life music, l horreur !!! Un bruit énorme jusqu’à minuit. Tout très décevante pour un hôtel neuf de 5 étoiles. Piscine très agréable

Poor service
We got a problem with the shower as water didn't get down. The room turned into a swimming pool. We had called 5 times before they came to fix the problem and we had to ask the front desk for the room change. This is not a 5 star hotel's facility and service

My wife and I arrived at Heritance Negombo and during our check in, we explained our diet concerns because of a recent operation. The front desk clerk immediately notified the restaurants staff of our no salt diet and the staff really paid attention to not only our diet but the little things to ensure our vacation will remain in our hearts for a lifetime. They are truly amazing at Heritance Negombo Hotel and we will definitely reccomend this hotel to our family and friends or anyone that coming to Sri Lanka. Once again thank you very much on a amazing vacation.

A great hotel with all the amenities. Beautifully landscaped grounds and pool with nice dining options both at the hotel and in the area. Views of the Indian Ocean are great. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Sri Lanka.

Brilliant hotel!
Brilliant stay at this beautiful hotel! Lovely kind and attentive service with a personal touch. Beautiful clean and spacious rooms with a lovely view overlooking the pool and beach. Comfortable pool lounges and nice pool bar with food available. Great location and also some nice Italian restaurants 1 minute walk away. Delicious and reasonably priced breakfast! Really can’t fault this place, I loved every moment of my stay and didn’t want to leave.

Great - short stay
Great room, lovely views, great staff. Unfortunately had to wait 45 minutes for a tuna panini at the restaurant, we then saw them making it 5 minutes before serving it to us as the kitchen is fully visible. Sadly didn’t have much time to enjoy the beach before it started raining during our one night stay.

My stay at this hotel was very short (~8pm - 6:30am) so I can't comment on too much. BUT all of my experiences were positive, the check in staff were lovely, the room was very comfortable and I found the restaurant reasonably priced for a hotel. Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to take in all the surroundings of the hotel or the amenities - the view of the ocean from the lobby was lovely though :)

One nigth in Heritance Negombo
Good location, close to the airport. The whole hotel and surroundings are clean. Swimming pool clean. Staff friendly. On the beach, but swimming is not possible due to big waves. There is no possibility for our driver to stay overnight at the hotel.
