Thank you Andy for the kind review. I’m so glad you enjoyed the great location the property offers. The property dates to 1857 and I update when I can. The updates you can’t see are 5800 air conditioning units and soundproofing for each room. I’ve kept my rates the same for the past three years so people can enjoy eating and touring in Natchez once they arrive. Thank you again for staying with me.

What a wonderful experience in Natchez at the Natchez Pearl, Elaine’s room! Beautiful accommodations, and lovely owner whose communication and recommendations made my stay worry free. The Pearl is walking distance to the many attractions in downtown Natchez and just a short drive to many more. If I ever find myself in the region again I’ll definitely go back!

Perfectly centered
Not only is the Natchez Pearl centered perfectly around all the places we wanted to visit, but it’s quiet and peaceful when sitting on the porch. The owner is awesome with great helps and tips. We are already planning our next visit and plan on staying at the Natchez Pearl.

Check in and check out were contactless, which made it very easy. However, we met the owner as she was tending to another unit. She was gracious and charming and provided lots of information about the area and recommendations for dining. Texts were answered within minutes. The unit was clean, convenient, cozy and comfortable. There is no kitchen, which we didn’t need/want anyway, but there is a small frig, a microwave and a Keurig stocked with lots of coffee pods. We enjoyed that tremendously!!! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We will definitely be back!!

Home Away From Home Experience
Our first visit to The Natchez Pearl and we LOVED it! Everything about this home felt comfy and just perfect. Decorated so lovely and every room was comfortable. Great water pressure and comfy beds. Lots of choices of games to play and so much room! We all felt like we were home away from home. The owners are exceptional and we can't wait to return to this little piece of Heaven in Natchez :-)

Outside of place was well kept. No communication with owners at all! Outside light was not working properly. Pillows were terrible. The dust was thick on curtains and overhead bed.

Don, I am so sorry you had a bad experience. I e-mailed you guys from the e-mail on file and received no response. There were instructions inside on the desk with my cell number on them where I am available anytime. I try not to bother people when they are on a vacation. I hope you did enjoy the snacks, water and coffee provided.

This is a charming accommodation. We had everything we needed. Nice to have a mini fridge and microwave. Easy walk to downtown and riverfront. Our host was very communicative and went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. Highly recommend.

Southern Hospitality and LOCATION!!!!!
Communication with Tanya, the proprietor, was wonderful. We met her during our stay, and she is delightful, the definition of Southern hospitality! We stayed in “Monica’s Room”, behind the main house, a second floor walk up to a lovely sitting area in front. Keycode entry through the door revealed a very comfortable king bed with four pillows (best sleep ever!), very large screen smart tv streaming Roku, Hulu, Netflix and much more. A large dorm-style frig was perfect for bottled drinks and assorted food items bought at Natchez Market (local grocery chain). Tanya provided a yummy assortment of sweet ‘n salty snacks, bottled waters and a Kuerig coffee station. Bathroom features rain shower head/tub. Great water pressure and temp. Treat yourself to an evening spent in the brick patio/terraced garden area, with a soothing water fountain that might lull you into a light nap! Relaxation at its most enjoyable. This property borders historic downtown Natchez (walk everywhere!), and is situated within a beautiful antebellum neighborhood (read every historical marker as you admire these lovely homes on your stroll). The central location is incredible! We walked from the NP to the bluff overlooking the majestic Mississippi River one evening, to watch the sunset, then continued our walk to dinner at The Kitchen Bistro downtown, then walked “home”. LOCATION!!!!!!!!! Enjoy Natchez, my husbands hometown. You’ll love it…..made more special by your stay at The Natchez Pearl!

We stayed in the Carriage Room. The room included a front living room area, which was nice. The bed was comfortable. We were able to park in the covered parking space beside our room, which was very convenient, especially when it was raining.

In the Heart of Historic Natchez.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Pearl. It’s proximity to the historic Natchez was perfect, we walked to most places whether it was to the Under the Hill area, the shops and restaurants, viewing the Antebellum homes or to the Natchez Brewery.

This was our second time staying at the Natchez Pearl and the specific room - Monica's Room because it is such a great location! Very safe and quiet! Sally and Tanya are both very sweet and helpful! They are also very accommodating and nice! Would highly recommend the Natchez Pearl. My husband and I will be back!

Fabulous Place to stay
We loved our stay at The Natchez Pearl. The beds were comfortable, the hot water and shower was great, loved the snacks. We were here for a wedding and it was very close to everything. The driveway is a little tricky but you can park on the street. If you need more room the house is spacious and so lovely with the big windows. Check in was easy.

Quaint Natchez Home
Very clean nice old Natchez home. Nice bed linens, comfortable bed and they had Keurig coffee pods and waters in the fridge. Easy walk to town and the river bluff area. We rode bikes we brought too. We felt very safe. Enjoyed front porch and the small courtyard in the back. We would stay again!

Pleasant night in Natchez
The “Professional” suite at the Natchez Pearl was a wonderful experience. It was clean, comfortable and inviting. Very helpful were complete instructions on how to use the TV controls (this seems to lacking in most places, especially during Covid-19). We were pleasantly surprised with the coffee selections for the Keurig machine and the snacks provided also. The list of restaurant recommendations (some with discounts for patrons of the Natchez Pearl) were also very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
