World class resort. Not the greatest beach but the outdoor grounds more than make up for it. Hotel and casino are spotless and offer tons of food options.

Terrible service across entire resort. Often one individual would be pleasant but this was rarely the case. Hotel room was shockingly unimpressive for cost. Single ply toilet paper, water not replenished, ripped bed sheets, rough towels. Beach attendants were the worst offenders - often taking your umbrella when you were in the water and giving it to another guest. Cannot and will not recommend.

Extremely big resort , the room wasn’t ready until 4:00 pm, since 12:30 we arrived, the hotel doesn’t have a wheelchair i can’t believe that because is a Hyatt chain, bad service at the beach , over price on everything, what you pay for dining no worth it, for example chicken parmesan 50.00 really? Ridiculous! It was the first time and the last one for sure

I feel like I was scammed. Before arriving to the hotel, I was told I had to pay $289 for the resort fee in total! Not per night. When I arrived to the resort, I was told I had to pay $889. After all the confusion at the register, we then went to our room which was double booked, so we had to make our way back downstairs to get a room change due to the people “extending” their stay and not letting front desk know. No discount or complimentary item was offered to us, and no apology was given. I tried warming my food up, it was an additional $50 for a microwave to be delivered to my room. I paid $2,000 for no microwave to be in my room, and to be charged an additional fee to have one. The drinks were watered down, but the food was great. I came all the way from Connecticut to visit this resort that gave us multiple problems. Overall, the resort is nice but I will not be coming back unless I purchase a day pass.
