We were only there one night. The bathroom was the smallest we have ever seen. The $8 per night parking fee is ridiculous.

We were very impressed!! We had originally booked our stay with Comfort Suites but when we arrived close to midnight after a 9 hour drive with children we noticed their AC was not working properly or at all. The elevator and phone system was broken, the room they offered was on the third floor. I am a senior with heart issues, arthritis, prosthetic hip and lower leg ankle. So we scrambled to find somewhere to stay last minute. The Hyatt Place was very professional, kind, welcoming and provided us with a lovely 6th floor room, great view, great a/c and phone system that works just fine. The breakfast is extraordinary. Now, wherever I go I will look for a Hyatt Place first. Such a truly fabulous experience !! Thank you!!

What we did not like was no hot water in our room one morning, where we took cold showers/baths. It was remedied later. Also, we didn't like being told that there was an $8/day fee for parking in the parking lot.

We checked in at 9:30 pm after driving 12 hours. Staff was friendly, gave a local 24 hour pizza place recommendation, it was ok but definitely not worth the money. We were so tired we just ate it regardless. The rooms were huge !! Beds comfy and air blew cold. Breakfast was basic nothing special. We didn’t end up eating it.

This was our second time at this property and unfortunately, our room was not cleaned properly this time. When pulling out the bed from the couch we found a used condom wrapper. We also found an eye lash on the sink counter. The staff was nice and brought us new sheets, but we weren't offered a new room. We were so disappointed. Also, the number sign to our room was broken. We most likely won't be staying here because of this. But the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

very old and rusty rooms, breakfast was a mess, not a single item was even labelled and people couldn't figure out what the items were (ex- waffle batter, apple juice filled in a clear jug, etc). They were running out of coffee at 9am but breakfast ends at 10. Had to get coffee elsewhere

Pros: Pretty clean for the price. Cons: Old, old, old... No microwave!!! in the room. WTH? Literally NO ANY table or place to put my laptop!!! I came in a work trip and i couldn't use productively my laptop (had to hold it on my knees). And the room is for 2 people. WTH? No chairs in the room!!! WTH? Everything is very minimalistic. I stayed in Hyatt before (other places) and they looked much newer and more equipped compared to this one. A $60 room in a regular hotel is more equipped than the one i got.
