Déception car pas de restaurant sur place la terrasse est tristement vidée de ses tables le bar extérieur ne sert plus . Les chambres ne ressemble pas aux photos donnés sur le site et Finalement les services annoncés n'existent plus tous se déroule au The Boma dorénavant. Le petit déjeuner vous est proposé a l'arrivée pour un supplément moyennant la somme de 20 dollars par personne... Heureusement le Tembo Bistrot ne se situe qu'à quelques pas et le personnel y est très accueillant.

Pas de grand luxe, chambre trop petite, lits trop léger et salle de bain mal conçue mais c'est propre et le service sympa avec un restaurant de bon rapport qualité/prix. L’hôtel est en train de finir un 5* de style très moderne (avec piscine!!) juste en face qui sera une alternative excellente si les prix restent en accord.

The hotel grounds were good overall, though the place I stayed (the Inn) seemed considerably less comfortable than the main hotel. I wound up having an OK experience, but when I first checked in, they gave me the key to a room that was completely dirty -- unmade bed, empty food containers, looked like someone was still there or was very recently there -- and that was quite unsettling, especially as it was the middle of the night. So it was difficult to get comfortable after that. Also, check out was at 10:00 AM, a little earlier than most hotels.

While the staff was very helpful, I found the reception unstaffed on both check in and check out. I checked in in the early afternoon but had to wait twenty minutes for a staff member to appear.

I had a wonderful stay here. I have never experienced such thoughtful and friendly staff in my many years traveling. Alex at the Inn went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. I had a massage in the spa at the Boma hotel nextdoor with Frida. She has years of experience and is amazing! I will be returning again!

Reasonably priced spot to stay in Nairobi. Bomi Inn seems to be the cheaper option vs Bomi hotel but the facilities aren't as nice and the internet is unusable at Bomi Inn vs being super fast at Bomi Hotel. Rooms are reasonably sized, but a bit dated at the Inn.

Poor stay. AC not working. Plus when I complained, the receptionist just acknowledged and did not do anything about it. It’s only after 60 min that I had to go to reception to call maintenance and manager. Manager told they don’t have any spare room. But when I insisted, suddenly a room became vacant. Total 2.5 hours wasted which I wanted to utilise for my rest. An airport transit hotel is required so that u take some rest. But regrettably I couldn’t

This is a great deal, especially if you get the breakfast included option! The breakfast next door at the Boma Hotel is outstanding! At the Inn itself, the staff is excellent. Daniel at the front desk was incredibly friendly and accommodating! The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job making up our room every day, too. We had some issues the first week we stayed, but after we changed rooms, most all were resolved. Perhaps the only things that downgrade our rating from 5 stars to 4 are 1.) the wifi is on the weaker side and tends to go in and out, and 2.) the elevator makes a loud metallic knocking sound that we could hear in our room whenever it was moving up or down (our room was located right near the elevator.) Overall, however, our stay was wonderful, and again, such a deal for the wonderful staff and delicious breakfast!

The staff is very nice and welcomed us in such a friendly way. We arrived very late, but for the staff it was not too much to still bring some food to the hotelroom. Beds were lovely! We loved our one-night stay here.
