The service and cleanliness of the room was excellent. The bed was sagging and lumpy. The mattresses need to be replaced.

Good breakfast options (including soda fountain). Easy freeway access (without the freeway noise). Had to get keys reprogrammed during my stay, employee didn't ask for id, just a room number. :( security could be better in that regard.

Room was just average. Nothing really great about it. Bed was comfortable. Don’t like that they have multiple use Dove soap attached to the wall instead of giving us individual use soaps. Breakfast was nice, had warm and cold options. Parking was easy and convenient to shopping and beach with a short drive.

Basketball tournament
Judy, the front desk employee was very friendly and made us feel valued. Having stayed in other Staybridge Suites I was quite disappointed with the food for the Wednesday reception.

The unit is a non smoking room. However, someone before us has smoked in the room. If I could open the windows to air it out it would be much better. But they’re bolted shut. We didn’t complain, but the cleaning staff should have caught the smell.

Everything was good. The free breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly. The suite was very roomy and the bed extremely comfortable. Nice size flat screens and great full bathrooms! The only down side was that all night I heard airplanes taking off from the nearby airport. The hvac in the suite was very loud when running. Other than those things I would love to return in the future.

This is an older hotel. They didn't have a USB port in any of the rooms. The carpet in the fitness room needs to be replaced. There are many stains on it. The eliptical machine wasn't working. Breakfast was ok-they need more high protein items.

Customer with Pet Allergies Not Accommodated
The hotel is in need of updating and a fresh renovation. You are a pet-friendly hotel and should only allow pets on certain floors. I have pet hair allergies and I am unable to breathe well while staying at your hotel because pets are not isolated to certain floors. I am a valuable customer, and I should not get sick each time I stay there. I will look for another hotel in the area which values all customers.

This is an older Hotel,. It does have a great breakfast, just wish it offered Turkey sausage. Bathrooms need updating as well as furniture. Arms of chairs worn. Staff was great! very friendly and accommodating..

I found that Staybridge Suites was just as it stated. The staff was courteous and nice. We had a problem at the airport but it was resolved but not in time for our flight, We had to schedule for the next day. I called Staybridge and the lady at the front desk set me up for the following day. I forgot to mentioned the other two suites but she put them in others suites we had no problems at all. The housekeepe, on the 3rd floor, was very nice always had a smile or had something nice to say to me. The morning breakfast and I mean breakfast. Not a donut and coffee or tea. If ever I need a place to stay it woud be at Staybridge Suites.

We waited an hour after 4pm to be checked in. I was told they ran out of towels and did not have any to give out at the front desk. The hallway was a mess due to a flooding incident. They placed us next to the room that flooded and we found about 10 maggots crawling throughout our room. They gave us a new room. Awful stay.

The housekeepers could do a better job at cleaning like dusting the wood on the headboard and dressers. I didn’t like that you couldn’t open the windows in the rooms for fresh air.

We really enjoyed our stay - we have an almost 18month old and it was so nice having a separate bedroom to put her to sleep in and we could stay up in the living area and watch TV and have drinks. The hotel also provided a real wooden mini crib for her to sleep in - not just a pack & play. The only complaint I had was a with the overall cleanliness of our room - the corners of the counters & floors had dirt and debris built up that wasn't properly removed during room turnover, and the cabinets, upholstery, and counter tops all had smudges on them, so clearly the room needed a more thorough wipe-down. Overall though the room was very clean - bed, shower, sinks, couch. One amenity we loved was the complimentary social that was held on M,T, & W nights with beer, wine, and snacks. Unfortunately, our cooler/backpack was stolen out of the laundry room during our stay while we did a load of beach towels while attending the social - but this isn't the hotels fault. Maybe more security cameras?
