Property is under renovation. The room they have me was already open when I got to it. There was foot prints on the front landing of the door. All the lamps had no light bulbs for some reason. Sink was cracked. I’m guessing this room was next on the list for renos or the construction crews were using it. Besides that, tv channel were great, bed was incredibly comfortable. Room temp was excellent. Shower was good. Lots of parking. Gas station next door. Easy access. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was just ok, not up to normal LQ standards that I’m used to. Will stay again after renovations are complete but not for at least the next year or so.

We let them know we wouldn’t get there until midnight and it was 12 degrees when we got there and the heater wasn’t on. The room also smelled stuffy. Was not inviting after a long drive.

They completely messed up our reservations and gave our room to someone else and it took well over an hour to get it all taken care of! It is 11.24 pm now we got to the property at 10:15 and still have not got all the paperwork we need!

As I was going to sleep a roach ran across the dresser and into the microwave. I was told they would refund me, but it had to be thru hotels.com. Now they are refusing my refund. Because it was Thanksgiving no manager was on premises. I have stayed at this property before, and this is why I chose to stay again. As a former Flight attendant, I have stayed in COUNTLESS hotels and NEVER seen a roach.

Hallway on ground floor needed cleaning, had an odor. Our sink had been cracked and crack glued shut. Some of the baseboards we coming loose and our sheets had a hole worn in it. Needs renovation badly or we won’t be back Check in clerk was very nice.

Sheets were torn and stained. Clerk asked if we wanted a quiet area then proceeded to put us in a room next to and across from others where we could hear talking, the microwave beeping! Suggestion…when the hotel is not packed put a room between quest rooms! When I checked in and out there was what appeared to be possibly an employee boyfriend who was hanging around the front desk and he did not make me feel comfortable or safe. I was told at check in they were putting a $50 charge on my card and it would be reversed at check out. Checked out and found that I had been charged another $50. Called the hotel and was told they couldn’t see it on their end so just wait and see! Will not be back to a late Quinta!

The floors throughout the facility were not clean and carpet was dirty. Smelled pretty bad in our room as well. I always choose LaQuinta usually because they are newly remodeled and clean. This one was not.

No one was at the desk when we arrived. We were yelled at by another guest waiting to check in. Felt unsafe. The room was not clean. I had to wipe something up off the tile floor.

Disappointing
The room seemed somewhat shabby: The floor lamp would only turn on or off by plugging it in and unplugging it. There were stains in the bathtub. The shower handle is about to fall off. The freezer section of the refrigerator didn't do much freezing. Overall it didn't seem up to the standards of other La Quinta Inns we'd stayed at.
