Dear SinghNamaskar!! We extend our sincere empathy towards the issues reported during your stay; it is indeed essential for us to promote an environment conducive to relaxation and comfort. The concern about the rusty smell and lack of fresh air circulation is noted, and duly addressed to the relevant department for prompt remedy. Your feedback regarding the fixed windows is acknowledged. The windows were designed that way for safety regulations. We consider the condition of our bathroom facilities serious; we should have delivered rooms that are stain-free. Rest assured, the rectification and strict adherence to cleanliness norms are initiated. The non-functioning AC issue is unacceptable; the concerned team will resolve it to avoid any recurrence. As for the term "bathtub", we do signify specific rooms with shower facilities under the amenities section. However, understanding your perspective and the inconvenience it might have caused, we commit to maintaining even clearer distinctions in the future. Feedback like yours is valuable for our improvement. We look forward to the opportunity to provide you with an improved and pleasant stay in the future.Thanking You.
