Excellent service mais chambre mal insonorisée
Agréable séjour au Four Seasons Mumbai - Hotel situé dans une tour de plus de trente étages - Vue sur la baie de Bombay depuis la chambre - Grande salle de bain avec baignoire en face d'une baie vitrée permettant de prendre un bain avec vue !!! Grand dressing séparé pour ranger aisément toutes ses affaires. J'étais au 23° étage mais j'entendais distinctement les klaxons et bruits de la rue. Les fenêtres auraient besoin d'une meilleure isolation (j'en veux pour preuve qu'ils fournissent des bouchons d'oreilles sur la table de nuit).

Nice hotel close to Marathon Icon
Nice hotel in Mumbai. The room and all the spaces in the hotel are very clean ! Luckily, the hotel gives earplugs because Mumbai city does not sleep. The staffs are very kind and still available if we need any service. The room top is beautiful ! The SAN:QI worth it because the design and a very good service.

Magnificent sejour !
Superbe Hotel, magnifiques prestations, excellent service ! Nous y sommes restés 6 nuits, nous n'avons pas été déçus ! La chambre Executive était grande, la salle de bains est très grande et luxueuse, le tout est super confortable et tres propre, pas toujours le cas en Inde comparé aux standards hôteliers occidentaux. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est superbe et pour tous les goûts. Le bar AER du rooftop au 33e étage offre une belle vue, mais le verre y est quand même trop cher, la clientèle y est triée, quand on est pas client de L Hotel. Attention au bruit de résonance très fort de la musique de ce bar quand on a besoin de se coucher tôt !

Great hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful. Its not a huge hotel but the rooftop bar is amazing. Definitely recommend going up for a drink and an appetizer. The remodeled room was nice but with the smog you don't really get a view of the ocean..

Fabulous hotel!
Excellent stay at this fabulous hotel. Service is amazing. Room was spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable. Pool was wonderful and service here also fabulous. Restaurant is great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thoroughly recommend and hope to stay again. Special thanks to Sonali and team at the concierge who were super helpful and helped make our stay extra special.

Rummen var fina och gymmet var bra. Baren på taket var super nice. Poolområder var dåligt. Jätte mycket duvor som flög runt och badade i poolen och hela poolområdet var under skugga mitt på dagen.

Excellent hotel with outstanding restaurant
Although the standard room was rather small I thought the hotel was excellent value considering the quality and location. Of particular note was the outstanding restaurant serving a variety of Indian and Asian cuisines - I wish I could have stayed longer to sample more of the dishes. The staff were all extremely attentive, helpful and friendly.

We had an issue but that was immediately acknowledged and addressed. Great staff and service. Views from our room were great. Would definitely stay there at every given opportunity

Lovely stay at the Four Seasons, highlighted by Loki's seamless check-in. Enjoyed the gorgeous bathroom, bright, spacious room. Despite ongoing renovations, everything was discreet, not impacting the experience. Eagerly looking forward to coming back when renovations are complete. A truly comfortable and luxurious experience that leaves a lasting impression.

This property is using a five star name with three star service and amenities. The management is terrible and there is no such thing as customer service from any higher level person. The cleaning staff were wonderful. There was one mistake where a personal item was removed from my room and it took quite some time to locate it. The hotel did not disclose that there would be construction going on at all hours and they did not provide alternate options to all of their closed amenities such as the rooftop bar. They wouldn’t let us use the lounge instead when the business center and other areas were closed.

The staff are helpful and friendly. Restaurant serves great food. The disappointment was the lack of adequate room cleaning.sheets were dirty, carpets dirty, the room was not vacuumed ( food particle on floor) curtains dirty and smells of cigarettes, cleaning staff smell bad( it is worth educating them about personal hygiene and even by them deodorants, the room after being busted by cleaning team smelled horrible.

They have a problem in disclosing names. What stops them from doing so is bets known to them. My office had to cover the cost for all expenses incurred during my stay, My room was already full pre-paid. When my office called the hotel to deposit a certain amount to cover incidentals - the hotel wanted my office staff from Pune to visit hotel in Mumbai to pay other they could not collect the payment. They wanted a physical card only. NO QR code, NO CC auth, NO payment link. The front also does not come on call - only operators speak without names like bots easliy sound irritated when you call in the second time. Very very rigid team, behaviour and approach.

They have a big issue with disclosing names on call. Almost rigid on any/every request you make. The approach is very rigid and reverse of what you actually expect from a hotel. Small request like making a pre-payment to them is not acceptable to them. They would want you to pay only 72 hours before your check in etc etc.
