Decent hotel in Mombai
I spent two days in this hotel. Its was very comfortable and quiet. But I was really annoyed by the bad smell (humidity?) in some of the levels. (1st one for example).

The team at CY were excellent. Asif helped us with pick up and drop off with efficiency and help us to keep our extra luggage in the store room for safe keeping. The team at check in were marvellous and the check in process was done quick and found us the room that matched our choices. Laundry was immaculately done .. so happy to stay at Courtyard Marriot.

Very, very nice hotel without being too much over the top. A very comfortable place as a single woman traveling alone. I did not stay long so did not explore the area. But I booked a tour half day (Get Your Guide) and enjoyed that very much.

This is definitely one of the nicest Courtyard by Marriott that I have ever stayed vat. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The service was excellent from the moment that I walked in to the moment I left. The property is conveniently located close to the airport and they provide transportation at a small price. The dining options are also wonderful. I definitely recommend this hotel

Was expecting much more from the Marriot! I’m a well seasoned traveller and don’t over expect but: 1. The place needs an update and overhaul 2. We waited on 3 seperate occassions for food to arrive and eventually gave up. Sad to say they were providing food for elderly, nearly 90 year olds! 3. The food was a little disappointing - it just lacked the taste that you would expect - Novotel, Pullman, Aloft were so much better in comparison. Sorry Marriot - you need to raise the standard!

Breakfast and room conditions are perfect. The downside is the laundry service, we sent three pairs of snickers to wash, and it was ok, not well cleaned.
