« THIS IS A SCAM. We booked months in advance, and had been given confirmation and entry code, but then the code was inaccurate when we arrived. The message we got was that our booking was not on their calendar, and our money was partially refunded. We were left without a place to stay, and I had to contact VRBO eight times to get my funds returned in full. »
