Pool was clean and fun both Grandkids and I had a blast. Had to pay for parking and then park in sister hotels lot and run back over in the rain. Did not like that. »

« New property, kind of odd set up with lobby on 2nd floor. Great clean room. Need a level 2 charger in garage, I thought Hilton was commited to doing that. »

« Breakfast was good. Had to pay for parking and if I knew I wouldn’t have booked. Also said they have a jacuzzi and pool. No Jacuzzi so that was a boo! Also indoor pool was freezing could barely get my legs in. Not good as I was looking forward to swimming. The small fridge in our room has a timer in it so it was off and over night I turned off not keeping items cold as it should. Bad feature and not first friendly. Everything else was fine. »

« Our daughter’s wedding was held at the venue right next to the Element hotel. The convenience of the location to the venue was great! The availability of rooms, the type of rooms, the lack of controlling your room temperature, the fact that our rooms did not get cleaned or fresh towels offered daily, and the inconvenience of the parking garage bar code scanner were my least favorite parts of my stay here. « the location across from the Orpheum Theater and near the old market was wonderful. their restaurant the Monarch was reasonable and delicious. Their valet parking was friendly and very secure, I will chose the Deco over every other downtown Omaha hotels every time. »

« The front desk staff was great, that was about it. There was garbage, such as a zyn can, a water bottle, and lip gloss still in the room. Shower temp was cold with no water pressure, and there were little hairs I noticed in the bed when I first laid down. The pool room looks very dated, and the maintenance worker who was in there at the same time as us could not keep his eyes of my girlfriend’s butt for more than a minute.
