On this property, they have a really bad infestation of roaches. The room in general was not clean. There was so much dirt on the doors and just throughout the room on the floor. I checked out early from this room because a baby roach hair crawled on my back, I asked for my money back and they said no refunds. It was horrible. They were drugs and questionable people outside. I would never stay at a hotel like this ever again in my life. This Wyndham property needs to be shut down.

Don't Stay Here
Reception is barricaded behind bullet proof glass. Prostitutes knocking on doors at night. AC was only partially working. Several doors showed signs of break-in. Never again!

The room stunk. When my wife opened the drawer on the night stand to look for a phone directory, there was several pornographic photos. Luckily, it was just me and my wife. My two small grand daughters were not with us. Being disgusted, I immediately took them to the check in and showed the night clerk. She seemed unconcerned and said she would mention it to housekeeping. Also there was no breakfast. We will not be back. Disgusted.

Great stay! I can’t say anything bad. I called room service and got service quicker than a cow can pick his ass lol. We will definitely come back

I loved how easy it was with my reservation to check in. We were able to check early as well. The room was disgusting!! Bathrooms were nasty!! Still had garbage from the last guest in it. The freezer in the fridge was down right sickening. No complimentary breakfast, coffee, nothing. The staff was outside our room at 10:30 waiting on us to get out. We had to tell them we had another half hour before they would leave... If you're looking for something in a hurry like we were this will do but I don't recommend at all.

Everything was ok but the water didn’t get hot enough it only got warm and the clerk said I waited too long to tell her to change rooms because 2 and a half hours had passed but other than that it was fine

Racial profiling
For breakfast the food was stale and old. It was uncomfortable while there because you were watched the whole time you were there to make sure you didn’t take any food to your room. When my teen grandchildren went to eat it was immediately determined that they were there to steal! I’m not sure if it was racial profiling or not, but we will definitely never stay there again.

The room looks good by first appearance. Otherwise, everything are fallen apart as you started using eat. The sink is missing the water stopper, shower doesn’t really work while the tub is slippery and dirty. I don’t come back again even if it’s free! Next morning I also woke up with bites from bed bugs😡

The toilet wouldn’t flush. The tub was not the best. Bedding was clean. The room was clean. The check in was fast & friendly. Breakfast was late. We had to leave without it. We were on the road and needed a place that accepted a pet.

Staff was very courteous and friendly. The pool was sparkling. The hotel was convenient to the Alabama Shakespeare Festival grounds. However, there are adjacent hotels that are very rundown.

I did not like anything about it spider webs in th corners and ceiling a bed bug under the mattress i will never stay thwre again i had to hold the handle down to flush the toiletit was such a bad experience they should close that place or fix it up the curtains half hanging up the bathtub look unclean i paid 100.00 dollars for that

The property was very nasty and definitely professionally could use a upgrade on all appliances in the rooms....and we were here on a Church event from Huntsville, Al and we experienced BED BUGS under one of the beds in the room which was horrible and the manager picked it up and said " that's no bed bug"...LYE...what other bug is under the mattress other than Bed bug...yeah right....NEVER EVER COME AND ALLOW YOUR STAY IN MONTGOMERY TO BE AT THE BAYOMONT. A definitely waste of money and time.....

The room had a terrible odor, stains on the curtains and sheets and my roommate found a dead bug in the bed! In the back of the bathroom door, there was red paint streaked on the door! Very disappointed and shocked this was a Wyndham hotel!!

People don't come to Baymont, expecting 5 star amenities. What I want is a good bed, a good shower, and a good breakfast. The bed here was not better than halfway decent. The shower was pretty good. But what lowered my impression of this location was the "breakfast." Options were limited, and they seemed to skimp on putting enough out. Like they didn't really want you to eat it. There was a waffle iron, but no mix. My bagel, and my wife's muffin were stale. Plus, the temperature in the dining area was too warm.
