It was an interesting property they make you sign a wavier if you smoke, they charge you for a smoking fee and they charge the cleaning smoking fee. That ends up like 500 dollars which is wild.

Around 8:30 Sunday morning, the sound ofmachinery (I'm guessing some kind of pump) began and continued after I left. The Nightstand surface on either side of the double bed (not queen as indicated online) was less than 90 square inches. The blanket was an old bedspread. And the walls were far from soundproof.

We stayed in the room with the jacuzzi tub, and it was a perfect, cozy little room! A little tight, but worked fine for the 2 of us! The jacuzzi tub had led lights for a mood setter! The only mirror is in the toilet room which was a little hard, with the tightness in there. But would definitely stay here again! Staff was extremely kind! <3

There wasn’t any cups in our room for water or coffee..luckily I had my own coffee cups.floor was dirty.2nd night neighbors on the left were very load ..maybe sound proof the walls.no Kleenex in the room .nowhere to sit..a small table with 2 chairs would be nice.

No funcionaban las puertas del hotel, tenían que golpearlas para que se abran, el cuarto olía horrible y no parece nada a las fotos, al costado habia un adult theater y mucha bulla del lugar. El personal súper maleducado y sin ganas de ayudar. Expedía no nos ayudó en nada ni nos dio una solución.

A good inexpensive spot to stay, clean and convenient. The innkeeper was responsive and helpful. As a single female, I didn't like being right next to an adult bookstore and so avoided walking to nearby spots after dark. But had no problems or incidents, so perhaps that was just my sense of caution.

Cold shower
The room was nice. It was clean. The shower does not turn up past luke warm. Actually, colder than that. I did let it run long enough but didn't every get hot. I probably won't stay again because of that. Otherwise, it was a fine place to stay.

Only place I could book last minute Christmas. My service dog slept in the van with my son and the owner tried to charge me $300 for a pet., that is not welcome.

There was a coffee machine in the room but no coffee or cups. Running the air or heat created congestion - likely need to change the filters. Shower curtains were visibly stained. The hot tub in the room made it worthwhile - jets and led lights worked!

The room was very clean and well kept, although a little small. It had a coffee machine with pods and they even supplied us with decaf pods when we asked for it. Check in staff was friendly.

Great location and price. Looks like they made recent renovations and they are nice! Bed was comfortable, large bathroom, mini fridge in room. Downside: limited parking, no ice machine.

My stay was comfortable. The bed seemed undersized for a queen. Overall, I rate this stay 7. The sleeping area was small odd shape room and the bathroom was small. Very pricey for the room.

Great place and convenient!
This place was perfect! The hosts were one of our favorite parts of the stay. They were so friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect. We stayed in the romance suite, which had a bathroom with a toilet, tub, and shower. Our favorite part was the jacuzzi tub. We took three or four baths in three days because it was like soaking in a hot tub. The hotel is within walking distance to the fairgrounds, making it very convenient for us. It's a great place to stay with so many other conveniences close by, all within walking distance!

Booked the room for the Rebels and Renegade festival this passed weekend, the venue was less than a 5 min walk from the front door of my room- The manager and the staff were super welcoming and the rooms were clean! Definitely will be booking with them again my next stay

The walls between room could use a foam type insulation to block out noise from next door. A baby was crying really loud I could not get to sleep. Had to knock on their door and advise them to feed their kid. Yes it did the trick.
