Hôtel de charme
Hotel très bien situé avec une vue mer exceptionnelle et au calme. Nous avions réservé une chambre non fumeurs mais à notre grande surprise la chambre proposée empestait le tabac s'y trouvait d'ailleurs un cendrier donc aucun doute. Pourtant il est bien noté chambres non fumeurs sur votre site, la seule peut-être ! Sur notre insistance nous avons pu changer de chambre le lendemain mais pas évident car hôtel complet. Dans l'ensemble personnel sympathique et dévoué un peu débordé par moment. Un bon point pour la masseuse très compétente offrant des soins très relaxants. Dans l'ensemble agréable séjour dans un écrin de verdure avec une vue mer XXL, le restaurant tient ses promesses pour un 4 ☆ seules quelques parties de l'établissement restent à conforter pour être de ce niveau, en particulier l'accès à notre chambre qui pas le niveau de son classement nécessitant un gros rafraîchissement.

Bel emplacement mais très difficile d'accès .
Hôtel qui a certes du charme mais impraticable pour les personnes à mobilité réduite et très difficile avec des enfants en bas âge. Du coup pas trop envie de reprendre la voiture le soir car très difficile d'accès et le restau est vraiment quelconque. Chambre correcte mais manque de personnel. Seule la vue du petit déjeuner est belle. Très décevant pour un quatre étoiles .

Cet hotel ne vaut absolument pas un 4 etoiles. Il se trouve dans un site magnifique mais votre chambre donne sur un parking. Le petit dejeuner n'a vraiment rien d'extraordinaire, pas d'oeufs sur le plat, pas de jus d'orange, viennoiseries moyennes. Pas de serviettes à la piscine. Tout est bon pour vous pour vous facturer des extras : internet, le parking, la plage etcSi vous souhaitez vous isoler, c'est bien; sinon, c'est 25 mns minimum pour regagner " la terre ferme". A bon entendeur

situation exceptionelle Chambre de confort inégal. La chambre 20 est située en face de la salle de bridge donc bruyante avec une salle de bain toute petite et une douche exigue. La 24 est bien mais également sonore. Restaurant agréable bien qu'un peu cher. Plage de l'hotel à 10 mn sans intérêt sur des rocher et bondée au mois d'Août.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Es liegt auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf Berge und Wasser. Leider stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht überein. Das ist Essen schmeckt gar nicht und ist völlig überteuert. Wir haben am Nachmittag 2 Eisbecher bestellt. Für je 3 Kugeln Eis, welches wässrig und mit Eiskristallen war, maximal so groß wie ein Tischtennisball und lieblos in eine Schale getan haben wir 24,- Euro bezahlt. Das Personal war unfreundlich und nicht aufmerksam. Unser Tisch hat beim Essen so gewackelt, dass der Kaffee komplett verschüttet wurde. Statt zu helfen, hat das Personal beobachtet, wie wir versucht haben alles sauber zu machen und den Tisch zu stabilisieren. Wir könnten noch so viel erwähnen, aber beschränken uns darauf, dass wir dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen können.

Oh this was just heavenly! We chose a deluxe sea view room and had the most beautiful view from our balcony. The room was small, but we did not need any more for the two of us. It was clean and smelled lovely. The bathroom was spacious, but the actual shower did not have much for elbow space (not the shower pictured in the website). Each and every employee we encountered was incredibly kind and helpful. We ate lunch at the outdoor dining in front of the tower; breathtaking views, convenient, but the food was not memorable. The included breakfast in the breakfast room was outstanding and full of choices. We spent an entire day down at the beach club (additional charge) perched on the rocks overlooking the crystal blue waters of the cove; there is also quick food and drinks there. Must do.

Soggiorni splendido, camera numero 9 meraviglia e l'unica che ti permetterà di godere appieno del tramonto. Unica nota negativa ma il servizio è a parte è data dal ristorante non all'altezza dei prezzi eccessivi. Colazione a buffet servito buono ma non eccellente.

Way too overpriced for what you get
The setting of hotel is stunning - watching the sunset over the sea from the garden is absolutely amazing. Breakfast is good - a lot of options to choose from and the pool area is also nice on a hot day. They don't have umbrellas but you can find shade in the garden. It's relatively quiet and peaceful. The rooms, on the other hand, are really outdated and definitely not what you should be paying this price for. While it should be an upscale resort, everything inside is very old and nothing seems to function properly - we had issues checking in because the tablet at the reception didn't work, the air conditioning didn't work, the printer didn't work, the wi-fi code didn't work, etc. We also had ants in our room and while in general that doesn't really bother us (it's nature after all :)), as a general rule, you should NOT have ants in a hotel with this price. The restaurant at the hotel is ok but the location of the hotel itself makes it very difficult to get to any other place (especially at night when you have absolutely no lights and very steep and narrow roads) and if you are staying for more than a couple of days, dining at the hotel just gets very boring. Also keep in mind that you will not be able to leave or come back to the hotel without a car and parking in Santo Stefano (or anywhere in Monte Argentario) is a nightmare. So if you just plan to stay at the hotel and relax, that's ok, but if you want to explore the area, it's not a good location for that.

Drei Tage am Meer
Aussicht ist der Hammer! Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Essen ist gut, der Service ist ok. Es hat da ein paar Mitarbeiter die vermutlich schon sehr lange da sind und sich mehr mit sich als mit den Gästen beschäftigen. Wir haben beim Apéro so 15 Min gewartet bis uns jemand entdeckt hat. Wir sassen vor der Bar. Der Strand ist grossartig und gut zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto 2 Min und ein guter Parkservice ist mit dabei. Das Hotel hat so viel mehr potential und wir werden sicher wieder kommen und uns überraschen lassen wie es dann aussieht. Wenn man sieht, wie toll da sie Aussicht und der Park ist, denke ich würde es sich lohnen mehr daraus zu machen. PS: Wir immer, die Betten sind zu hart und auch etwas „alt“
