Pour ceux qui aime le froid
Je suis resté 7 nuits dans cet hôtel et j'y ai toujours eu froid. Dans la chambre la climatisation se remettait automatiquement sur froid 68°F après 1 H de chauffage. Il a fallu 6 jours pour qu'enfin il me donne une 2 ème couverture et que je puisse dormir sans être réveillé par le froid. On était mi-octobre et ils avaient fermé la piscine pour la saison, même pas possible de prendre un peu le soleil sur un transat,j'ai tout de même réussi à aller lézarder au bord de la piscine de l'Hollyday Inn Express qui est à côté. La salle de sport n'a rien qui fonctionne et sa télé ne permet de voir que des Pub. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas un buffet mais on est servi à table et on choisit son plat, bien mais il faut 1 H. lire

Hotel appears to be very old and out of date. No phone in our room, no microwave in the room, no ac in the halls, dirty looking scratched up doors to the rooms area looked unsafe. The staff was friendly and engaging which was the only redeeming value of our stay. I would not have booked this location if seen in person.

It had a smell and was outdated a little no coffee in room. No cups for ice or drinks in room. Smelled moldy in hall. But over all a good stay!

We arrived late and wondered how our late check in would effect our reservation. We were welcomed and in our room in less than 10 minutes. Bed was awesome. Room and bathroom was extremely clean. This hotel will be a future stop on our next trip.

The manager Gerald is wonderful and makes you feel welcome. The bartender Ms. Cathy is an absolute joy to sit and speak with and has excellent service and keeps her bar very clean. This is the cleanest holiday inn I have ever stayed in and would come back if in Mobile again.

The location of the hotel was great. The hotel is beautiful. The only problem I had was one of the pillow cases on the pillow was dirty the back of it was filthy. The curtains had a funny smell like feet.

It is an older hotel...no bells and whistles. But staff was super nice and bed was comfy. Room was clean, and shower was hot! Only stayed a night, but very quiet and no issues with parking.

The facility was clean and everything was in working order. The staff is top notch! All the staff was super warm and accommodating. They let us check out late when our cruise was delayed due yo weather. 10/10

Wonderful!
Stay was wonderful! The room had a comfortable bed, was spotless, air worked great, location was good, felt safe and no complaints. Guys at the front desk welcomed me like family as soon as I walked through door and check in was super fast. I would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

The room was not ready at check in. We waited almost an hour. The AC didn't cool as it should. Our friend staying in another room had dirty sheets aka "popped sheets", and the ceiling was wet.

It smelled badly, and my bathroom was not clean. There were also foot/boot marks on the door, and the door was difficult to close and open.

Gerald at the front desk was very mice and made us feel welcome. However, the hallways were dark and dingy. The room had candle wax all over the carpet and on the nightstand. I literally cleaned the wax off the nightstand meaning no one had wiped it down. The room smelled and was dark and dingy and old. Too tired to leave and had to stay. Definitely do not recommend, I know they are remodeling but until they do I would not stay here.

Room was very spacious. The beds were soft. Water heat and pressure was amazing. Nice selection of channels on tv. It was very loud. Walls are thin. Hallway has a old smell. Air unit would not turn off. There were no face towels in the room when I checked in. Elevator always smelled like smoke. There was never anywhere to park near cameras.
