Emplacement idéal
Bien situé à 1 rue du centre. Coin cuisine avec lavabos, du coup pas de lavabos dans la sdb. Sinon parfait. Bonne literie.

Nice place to stay in Moab
Perfect stay in Moab in the center of everything. In the room there is a fridge and microware perfect to have some food without going out. I also appreciate the pool with the heat. The personal is really nice ans helpful.

Malgre un dégât des eaux du a un orage violent, j'ai pu rester dans l'hôtel et le personnel a été très serviable à plusieurs reprises.

On a demandé une chambre calme , on l'a eue à part le locataire au dessus quand il marchait mais heureusement il se couchait tôt.Par contre la chambre 110 était très petite et très sombre. petite fenêtre qu'on pouvait pas ouvrir. Dommage quand on reste 6 jours.....

We were surprise to found a big room, with two comfortable bed. The room was clean. Moab is a nice place to stay. The people on the front desk were not really nice.

The woman who checked us in yesterday evening was irritable. We had 3 rooms but she insited we only booked 2 rooms even though I had the confirmation number. She eventually found the paperwork for the third room but did not apologize.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Rustic Inn. As the name implies, it is not glitzy or glamorous, but is a good clean room for a reasonable price. Everything was properly maintained and in good condition. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was everything we needed and nothing we didn’t.

Don't expect any measure of luxury at the Rustic Inn. It's basic, but decent and certainly reasonably priced. Room was comfortable and location in the middle of Moab was very good. One of the clerks at the front desk was a little snippy as we checked in, but luckily we didn't have to deal with her anymore. There are plenty of other motels in Moab to choose from. We were trying to keep costs down, and this fit the bill. Other than the front desk clerk, there's really isn't anything negative to say.

This hotel gets good reviews but my experience was less than favourable. They overcharged me and the receptionist had no idea how to fix the issue. TV reception was poor. And I found hair far too long to be mine in the bathroom. Cheap by Moab standards, but too expensive for what it is. On the plus side, the location is good. Very handy to shops and eateries. While I was worried about the amount of noise from the street, it quietened down at night. Get a room towards the rear if you can.

Perfectly located in the town of Moab and close to Arches Ntl Park. Lots of walkable food and shopping options around. Love how the rooms are direct access to the parking lot, unlike hotels. Makes life easier when you have lots of gear.

This is our second stay at Rustic Inn and our experience was great. Megan at the front desk was helpful, responsive, and courteous. She recommended a great place to have dinner, offered help on our exploration plans and met all our needs in a timely and friendly manner. Thumbs up for the best value stay in Moab.
