The hotel was easy to check in the staff very friendly. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was so unbelievably comfortable after 5 hours in the car as soon as i layed down i was asleep. Went to the restaurant in the loby the waiter was so friendly as well. We had a large group of young kids staying next door to us and we wouldn't of even known other then we saw them going into their room, love how quiet the rooms are.The water pressure in the shower was so amazing but My one and only complaint would be the toilet it was so small and low to the floor and took forever to flush.

Our stay was wonderful. Nice clean hotel. Our only issue was when we were trying to go to sleep there was a very loud banging noise behind the wall where our bed was. We were in an end room and very close to the elevator so I’m thinking that’s where the noise was coming from. Made it hard to fall asleep.

The front lobby was a great gathering place for our large group. Even with the large volume if weekend guests we were accomipated very well. The bartender took very good care of us every night.

The shuttle driver was very nice as was the FD Clerk and the bar/restaurant staff. Very friendly all around! The room was well appointed and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room temp was perfect. This morning’s complimentary coffee was delicious.

Everything was perfect from checking in, throughout the stay and checking out. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable, great bathroom with shower. Restaurant food was excellent! I would definitely book again while visiting .

Airport shuttle was great. Rooms were clean and acceptable. The only feedback I have would be to improve the elevators, they feel slower than I’d like, and also there’s a young man at the front desk who could use a bit more hospitality culture. A great place with great staff overall.

Well only one elevator out of three worked. Not safe There was issues at the bar area And the desk clerk was to busy talking to another employee too help check guest out and just said will email you a copy of the bill

They did NOT tell us we had to pay for parking! Also, no glasses for drinking were in the room. Also, internet was a hit and miss. Mostly miss. Also, only 2 coffees. Also, the tv guide just showed the network and not the shows. And! They charged us a late fee for parking because we didn’t know we were to pay for it until the second day. A very shameful place to stay.

Not bad. Only thing I don’t like is the fact that you pay for breakfast. Other hotels that are cheaper provide free breakfast. Overall, the hotel is in good condition and good location.

The manager was wonderful but the elevators were broken, they charge for parking, and they had the heat blowing in the hallways on our floor on a hot day. The rooms were meh.

Our room was on the 5th floor. All night we had to listen to a loud humming from some sort of fan running. Didn’t get much for sleep at all. I will not stay here again!
