Overall the property was clean and inviting. The staff were nice. However, we could barely sleep in our room. The lights/switches were confusing. We had a hard time turning off the lights on the structure under the tv, which seem unnecessary in the first place. So those stayed on most of the night.. The sheets were very crinkly noisy. The air system was very loud and kept coming on frequently. Also we were on the 5th floor and could still hear people talking/traffic on street level. I was also confused by the location of the coffee maker? I had to carry it somewhere else in the room just to plug it in and make coffee, which again seems unnecessary. Sometimes “fancy” isn’t always better.

Cory,I am sorry to hear that you were not able to get good rest while you were with us here at the hotel. I will send my Chief Engineer to inspect the HVAC noise as well. We apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations.

Rooms are very comfortable and modern. The stuff is very friendly and attentive to details. The breakfast is very good with a variety of fruits, juice, breads, yogurt and ham. I truly enjoyed the stay and I recommend it.

The hotel itself was wonderful. Super clean and super comfortable. However, the parking rates are awful. I was under the assumption. The nightly parking rate was $29 but I was charged $40.

My biggest issue was the bartender. When we arrived we were told that the bar was open until 2am only to get back around 1230-1245 and he told us that he was closed now. The guy would leave and people were trying to get drinks and just leave because he was taking so long doing whatever he was doing. He then came around at one point and started putting hair gel in his hair while he was behind the bar. Overall the place was fine, but they need a new bartender.

The hotel was great, the only thing was that the parking price is really high $40 per night. The breakfast was okay, I will not recommend to pay extra for it, better to eat outside. But overall the hotel is really good, clean and great area.

We stayed here to attend the Women’s Big 10 tournament at the beginning of March. Great location for this. The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff were wonderful. The hotel breakfast was included with what we booked and it was really good. Really happy with our stay here.

Was told the property was connected by skywalk - however they failed to mention it closed at 5:30 and on weekends. Parking was crazy expensive.

Karla,We are so sorry that the Skyway hours detracted from your overall experience. This is not something we have control of for their access hours. The parking ramp is 3rd party and you are able to pay them directly should you not need the in and out privileges which is sometimes cheaper than paying us. Our parking rates are standard in the market. We appreciate your candid feedback.

The rooms were nice, a little inconvenient that there was no microwave. Having a newborn with us, it would have been helpful to be able to warm up some water for her bottles.

My husband and I visited our daughter who attends the local college. Security on premise was great and professional. parking structure had skyway into hotel which was great for cold weather. The bed though, it really just ruined the experience for us. i have stenosis in my back and can adapt to most any hotel bed however this bed was HORRIBLE! please please add pillow toppers or change out mattresses. if not unfortunately we won’t be returning which is sad bc overall we had a great experience here. if you like a very very hard mattress though you will enjoy the beds. thanks for interest in review-DM

Super friendly staff, very clean and unique room. Parking was very easy and reasonably priced for downtown. If we were going to another concert or event in the area we'd book here again!
