From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew this stay would be exceptional. The staff greeted me warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was impeccably clean, with modern decor and breathtaking views of downtown Milwaukee. The amenities exceeded my expectations, from the luxurious bedding to the state-of-the-art fitness center. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. Parking was confusing, as is the lack of signage on the outside with the actual hotel name. It’s very nice though. Rooms have normal wear and tear but decently clean. People kind of noisy but no big deal.

The location and staff were what we were looking for. Clean rooms, clean facilities. Seems to be a central location for competitions. Be prepared for children everywhere. Lots of running, yelling and screaming up and down the halls and elevators at all hours. The onsite breakfast is a glorified continental breakfast. Spend your money somewhere else if you want more options and not picked over items.

Property was for the most part clean and comfortable. Dated so could use an overall upgrade of refurbishing especially in bathroom. Additional chair in bedroom would have been nice. Staff members were pleasant, helpful and friendly except for bar staff. Bar staff needs training and instruction on how to be attentive and friendly.

It was a wonderful stay. Beautiful hotel and so convenient for what we were in town for. Staff was excellent and kind. Loved it. Would definitely go back!!!

Very nice hotel, but pack an air mattress. Pros: best location, can walk anywhere, nice lobby very spacious with lots of seating, Starbucks is in lobby, bar was open later, bar staff was reasonably good, the night bartender was by far the most experienced with being busy. Cons:Were supposed to have 2 beds in 2 Rooms. Booked on Expedia 6 months prior to reservation. Sorry, only kings left on arrival. Also, can only get one cot per room added. My 2 adult friends were not going to be able to fit on 1 cot. So husbands walked to Walgreens and bought $40.00 air mattress. Front desk said we would get extra blankets, No extra blankets delivered. Re asked, received blankets, but said out of pillows. We are pretty chill, but as night went on it seemed they could do less and less to get blankets for one of us sleeping on an air mattress that we bought. They pretty much said since we booked through a 3rd party they were not required to have 2 beds in the room even though that is what I booked. In the end, I would stay again due to location and lobby area. I will also pack my air mattress.

The check-in person was very kind. She gave us a room with an incredible view and free Starbucks. The parking garage validation was annoying but they got it sorted out.
