The building only has one floor, and the elevator was not originally designed. About the deposit luggage we offer two strategic and free of charge locations, one in Central Station and one in Duomo area, both at a resoneable walking distance from all lour properties! It seems there might have been a misunderstanding, as the apartment is actually located in Palazzo Isimbardi a beautyful renaissance buiding in the Duomo area that was built reaching only the second floor. We understand the frustration you experienced due to the elevator breakdown, especially with your husband's back problems and the weight of your luggage.While we acknowledge that being on the second floor still involves navigating stairs, we want to clarify that it might not have been as strenuous as described.
