Très bien situé à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la Gare Centrale. Dans une zone commerciale avec des tours à bureaux aux alentours.

This hotel is close to the Milano Centrale train station. Nice restaurants around. There was a photobooth in the lobby, not working. For an obscure reason, I was charged 6 Euros the day after we left. No infos on why. I contacted them to know. After 2 messages, they told me it was for a bag of chips. We never took anything in the mini bar so I asked them to correct it. Twice. Never got an answer. So be aware your total price might be boosted by this kind of scam from the hotel.

Très bon hotel pour séjour perso ou pro
Très bel hotel, un lobby moderne, une équipe très conviviale et une chambre spacieuse, quelques léger problèmes de maintenance (Poignée porte) mais sinon vraiment bien, lit très grand et très confortable aussi, bref tout bon.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé à proximité de la station centrale de train. Le service est discret et efficace. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. La chambre dans laquelle j’ai séjourné était confortable, propre, moderne et bien conçue.

Excellent hôtel, chambre très spacieuse propre agréable. Le personnel est au petit soin et disponible. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et excellent. Proche de la gare sncf, le métro se trouve à 300m.

一番の問題は設備でした。エレベーターのシステム障害や大規模停電、スタッフは親切で努力していましたが、設備の不備がひどすぎました。 朝食は素晴らしく美味しかったです。 インテリアはレトロモダンな感じでカラフルです。 ジョイア駅から徒歩５分ですが、周りには便利なお店は全くありません。ビル林立のオフィス街です。

I would not recommend staying at this property. The main reason is that they never restocked any of the amenities. I had to constantly ask for toilet paper, tissues, soap, coffee, creamers. They did not have the ability to see that things needed to be refilled. The Wi-Fi barely worked and it was very frustrating when traveling with family. We also decided to eat in one evening and ate at the bar. We viewed their full menu in three places: elevator, lobby, and in room TV. When we ordered from the bar they told us it was a limited bar menu and room service. So we ordered a pizza, lasagna, burger, and pasta. How can you mess that up especially in Italy. When the food arrived I immediately knew it was all frozen food. They did have the decency to admit that it was. I explained that they should inform customers that this food is not fresh and frozen. I told them I refused to pay for the food a. They also decided to charge us for our drinks instead of covering it for our inconvenience. They we went to the cafe across the street and the manger came in to talk to the waiter and told us this will be covered. That wasn’t true instead the cafe owner told us that he just asked that we be treated well. Lastly, when I made this reservation I accidentally made the check out date one day extra and I called Expedia 10 minutes later explaining my error. The hotel never responded and charged me. The staff was friendly but this hotel does not meet expectations and I would avoid staying here.

Many great restaurants along the same street. We ate at 4 of them. The hotel itself was relatively quiet, but our second room let more noise in from other rooms than our first room (we had two stays within one week). Hotel kept our bags for the one night we were gone to Lake Como. We picked the hotel because of its proximity to Milano Centrale. It was a good choice.

We rescheduled this reservation through Hotels.com. They booked my new one but didn’t reschedule this one so I paid for two hotels for one night, had to pay for both, then didn’t have a hotel for the night I needed it. They wouldn’t refund or rebook to correct the mistake.

There was nothing about this property that was good !! We were eaten alive by bugs found bug nests above doorways in hallways!! Cracks in old ceiling wood vents taped up smoke detectors in room not real safe the place was disgusting I would not ever recommend and all the manager said was I’m sorry! It was a health hazard there

Nice modern hotel with good facilities. Not walkable to main tourist areas but only a 10 min walk to central train station with metro links
