Joshua,I'm so sorry about your stay. We were having issues with the Wi-Fi and the TVs that night. I will meet with our engineering team to make sure that they are keeping the walkways clear. It is difficult with the rain and snow mixing, but I completely understand why that would have left you with a sour taste from our resort. I would love you invite you and your family back for a complimentary stay at some time in the future. I'll be sure to have you in a more appropriate room, and now that our TV system is back up and running, you will have better entertainment for your son. Please let me know how I can be of more assistance.
