Looks nothing like the pictures, MUCH SMALLER in person I wouldn’t waste your time or money I was so disappointed in the rooms , they showed me 4 different rooms and they all was still small I told them it looked nothing like the pictures . Then they put me in the wrong room after trying to accommodate me and said the room was for sombody else and rushed me to get out the room . Very RUDE . If there is any comments on here about being NICE I promise you it’s a lie go spend your money somwhere else this place is false advertising & way to much traffic going in and out of the building day and night lobby is packed with folks with there suit case trying to check in everything is just a MESS

We like the room. Everything was clean and beds were decently comfortable. The pool area was nice. They did hold our luggage so we can use the pool before and after checkin/check out.. The Issues we had were with housekeeping/front desk/security. We got in late from the bayside area around 11:30. Kids needed another blanket to go to bed since they were sharing bed and it rooms over and he and half to get it. They told us 15/20 minutes. When I called to check they said there was an issues that security was taking care of and only security could bring us a blanket which I found to be odd. My husband then went down to lobby so to get so they didn't have to bring and the kids could go to sleep and they still wouldn't give it to him. No one at the desk was allowed only security. That was annoying because kids were tired and cranky. Then the next day we asked for toilet paper and again it was about an hour to get it. Not trying to complain but to have to wait up for a blanket or to wait for toilet paper when you want to use the bathroom is very annoying;

They will clean your room every three days. You will have to ask for a new towels if you need them daily. There's no standing sign in front of hotel so you have to have somebody sitting in the car watching.

I'm conflicted about this property. I stayed one night in the YotelPad which is bigger than Yotel standard rooms. The location during the day is great. But at night i wouldnt walk alone in the area. When checking in the fire alarm was blaring. Oddly, no one seemed to react. I asked the front desk if we needed to leave but he replied no its just testing. Come to find out it was tested for two days 9-5 pm! The staff was lovely but gave very little instruction on the elevator or the room. Cant say id stay again but the premise is interesting.

As a person that loves to stay in south beach, this was a change for me. Downtown Miami is busy though. YOTEL and Yotelpad are in the same building. Check in was easy. They had kiosk on arrival and we were able to check in early. They have robots to bring items to your room. I thought that was cool. Rooms were nice, huge washer/dryer, stove, fridge and freezer. I really liked that you had to swipe your key to move around hotel, felt safer that way. However the carpet in the hallway needed some immediate attention. We also called twice to get extra towels and the robots or person never came. The service is the building isn’t the best but once you go outside, it’s fine. Overall, I would stay again.

We liked it. It had nice views, very modern, close to Bayside Marketplace and other places. We hated the parking situation. We had to pay $15 each time that we would take the car out of the lot.

Great place to stay for walking distance to Bayside shops and restaurants. Area didn’t feel the safest. But great security inside with room cards needed to enter your room level. Super easy check in and check out. Don’t park at the hotel! $15 parking super close walking distance one block before. Clean.

Overall, this was a very pleasant stay. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. I would have enjoyed spending more than 1 overnight stay at this location. The breakfast was quite a bit overpriced considering just 2 eggs, 1 piece of sausage & 1 slice of toast, but next time, I will just plan accordingly and not eat there. There was a strong smell in the hallway, as if something may have mildewed, then been treated with heavy air sanitizers. Hopefully that will be rectified if I return.

평점에 비해 시설이 훌륭합니다. 장기투숙에도 불편하지 않을 만큼 세탁기/건조기를 포함해서 오븐, 팬트리 공간 등 충분한 편의시설이 있습니다. 평점이 낮은 것은 약간 아쉬운 청소 상태, 다른 호텔에 비해 다소 자유로워 보이는 스태프들의 태도 때문이었을 것 같습니다. 주차는 collegr station garage의 15usd가 가장 저렴합니다. 좋은 호텔이니 안심하시고 예약하세요.

Fantastic place with a small but.
Great place, and I can see fantastic improvements since my last stay when it comes to friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. My only negative experience is something the hotel can’t be blamed too much about…. It was extremely seldom to see someone showering before entering pool or jacuzzi. People would even jump right into the pool in the afternoon wearing dirty shorts and their underwear! I wish the hotel move the shower, or mark it much more clearly…. Put a sign, shower before entering pool or jacuzzi.

Surrounding area is mediocre a lot of bums but next to bayside park with restaurants, bars, and shopping. Room is small and run down, the photographer deserves a Grammy! They put modern touches but is a band aid for a bleeding wound. Floor had stains, towels smelled like sweat. Front desk was helpful and friendly.

This was walkable to lots to do around the bay. Lots of good local food and close to lots of transportation. The property was clean & I liked that you needed a room key to access the elevators which helped with an additional sense of security.

Overall we had a nice stay at the Yotelpad. The room was a nice size, the lobby and amenities of the hotel were really nice and the food at the pool bar was good. The room could have been cleaned better (table was left w crumbs on it, hair left on the shower drain) - you also have to request for more frequent cleaning if you need more frequent than every 3 days.

Stay was average. Location wasn’t great. Walking outside the hotel there were a lot of homeless and the smell of urine is really strong.
