They clean your room only when you leave unless you pay extra. Accomodation in the room really old and not practical ex.: Only one small bedtable for the whole room, I had to put my cell on the floor during the night. No shelve near the lavatory, windows very old let noise in like we were outside.

Ridiculement cher compte tenu des prestations , vu qu il n y en a aucune ! Un ascenseur qu il faut attendre dix mns , des portes et des fenêtres de dix mm d épaisseur qui laissent passer le moindre bruit , literie déplorable etc etc

Le week-end du réveillon du Nouvel An est un week-end très chargé à Miami, les prix sont donc plus élevés dans toute la ville et dans la plupart des grandes villes du monde. Le spectacle de feux d'artifice gratuit, le concert gratuit de Pitbull et le départ traditionnel de l'orange à minuit se trouvent à seulement deux pâtés de maisons du parc Bayfront. Au centre-ville de Miami, nous sommes l'un des établissements les moins chers de la région et proposons des chambres simples et propres à un prix économique.

Le personnel est très sympathique. L’hôtel doit absolument changer ses fenêtres, ses portes (beaucoup trop bruyant) et ses lits (soit tropical petit, soit inconfortable) . Nous avons payé 135 $ sans le petit déjeuner et c’est beaucoup trop cher.

Nous sommes une propriété d'économie budgétaire située à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons du port de Miami, Bayside Market Place et American Airlines Arena. Nous offrons une chambre simple et propre à des prix abordables dans la région du centre-ville de Miami. Nous sommes constamment l'un des prix les plus bas dans la région et le prix en conséquence. Merci de rester avec nous.

hôtel bien situé mais très très très très bruyant
excellent emplacement pour visiter la ville de Miami mais les chambres sont très mal insonorisée au niveau de la fenêtre et de la porte. Ne pas oublier les boules Quies sinon c'est la nuit blanche. Les lits sont confortables mais pas de rangement correct pour les vetements juste une étagère et une barre de penderie. Les vetements sont restés dans les valises. A conseiller pour une visite de 2,3 jours maximum. Dans la même petite pièce de 2 m2 une douche et en face un wc le tout est très exigu.

Notre emplacement central dans le centre-ville de Miami vous permet de vous déplacer facilement dans la ville pour profiter des activités de mai de Miami. Nous avons un restaurant sur place et un mini marché 2 portes. Nous espérons que vous pourrez profiter du Metromover gratuit qui passe dans le centre-ville, le quartier financier de Brickell et le quartier des discothèques 24 heures. C'était un plaisir de vous faire rester avec nous. Nous sommes fiers d'offrir à nos clients un excellent séjour à un prix économique.

Pitoyable
La chambre double réservée s'est transformée en chambre simple, le sommier du lit était sale, la salle de bain se résumé à un lavabo situé dans la chambre. Le ménage de la chambre consiste juste à changer les draps et serviettes. L'absence d'isolation phonique vous permet d'écouter les conversations et la télévision des chambres d'à-côté. Nous avons eu la chance de faire un check-in tôt : chaque soir, les derniers arrivants se voient signifier que l'hôtel était complet, mais qu'ils avaient la chance que leur paiement ne soit pas passé. Difficile de dormir : des clients écoutent la TV à fond, ou crient pour certains + les jeunes en vacances qui frappent aux portes pendant la nuit. Seul l'emplacement, à 5mn à pieds de la marine, est appréciable.

Hola Evert, mantenimiento revisó el aire acondicionado de tu habitación y la razón por la que no enfriaba adecuadamente es porque estaba en la configuración de "ventilador" y no en "enfriamiento". Nuestra excelente ubicación en el centro de Miami hace que sea fácil disfrutar de todo lo que Miami tiene para ofrecer. Somos consistentemente la propiedad con el precio más bajo en el área y nos esforzamos por brindarle un excelente valor por su dinero.

The property was old and in poor condition. The rooms were extremely small. The bathroom didn’t have a sink. The sink was in the sleeping area of the room. The room was cooled with a window air conditioner. The elevator was old and in poor condition. The elevator cab smelled like grease

Hi Michael, you never came to the hotel. You were made aware that a last minute cancellation is non-refundable since you were past the cancellation period, and this is stated on the hotel policy which you agreed to. As a courtesy, the hotel granted you a future credit which you accepted.

We had to park a block away. The rooms only had 1 bed. Didnt feel clean we didnt feel safe. For the money we spend to stay here was not worth it.

The rooms are SMALL! About 15’ x 15’. One little under powered “window shaker” air conditioner. The actual wood bed frame itself was broken. The sink is on the outside of the bathroom where the toilet and shower are. Again small, tiny bathroom. Stephanie and the front desk however was AWESOME! NOT worth the $200ish price. They need merge every two rooms into one. The bed barely fit in the room. Thankfully we only needed to stay for one night. But like I said the staff was polite, courteous and eat above and beyond to try and cater to our needs. Stephanie rocks!

Orbitz recommended this boutique Miami Sun Hotel. Reserved a double for 2 adults and got a single full size bed. It’s very loud, dirty, and not what was advertised.
