Bel hôtel art déco , proche de la plage. Belle piscine en rooftop. Des livres et tableaux partout. Ambiance plutôt calme. Chambre joliment décorée et literie confortable Compliqué de trouver son chemin dans l’hôtel, nous tournions en rond et nous n’étions pas les seuls. Le personnel n’était pas très serviable. Nous avions beaucoup de bagages à l’arrivée et nous avions du insister pour être accompagnés dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner moyen, notamment celui compris dans le prix de la chambre. Le café du petit déjeuner n’était pas top et l’alternative expresso à la carte était à 8$. La température de la chambre était soit très froide et soit très chaude avec un réglage assez aléatoire.

J’avais demandé pour une arrivée vers 15h au lieu de 16h et nous avons reçu une des 2 chambres à 16h et autre à 17h ! Nous avons reçu 4 boissons gratuites pour l’attente …. Nous avons été surclassé et avions une chambre suite avec balcon au lieu d’une suite normale !! Elle était bruyante sur Collins, réveillés à plusieurs reprises dans la nuit et le matin par les travaux et marteaux piqueurs 😩 ! Je ne sais pas si la suite vaut réellement la peine par rapport au prix ? La propreté était laisse aller. Une dernière chose, nous n’avons pas pu profiter des installations sous une pluie et un vent démentielles…. De plus, nous avons attendu 45 mns pour le valet parking alors que nous l’avions commandé 45 mns avant. Cet hôtel reste un très bel hôtel entouré d’art ! Le personnel est tres courtois.

This hotel and its staff are amazing. Atmosphere is relaxed and classy. Drinks are great. Room was reallt clean. We are glad that this hotel is located at the end of the Lummus park where it is more quiet. This is the most beautiful hotel we had the chance to stay. Thanks to all staff members for the great service.

Petit paradis à South Besch
Au vu de ce que le quartier est malheureusement devenu, l’hôtel est devenu le repère qui a permis que notre séjour soit agréable. A ce demander presque ce que ce type d’établissement fait dans un quartier malheureusement devenu très peu sécurisant ! Excellent hôtel, repère de la culture que nous n’avons pas trouver partout à South Beach

This was my first stay at The Betsy and I cant wait to return! The hotel is located in a great location on the quiet end of Ocean Ave. The building is well maintained with a ton of thought put into everything. The library is beautiful and a great place to relax or catch up on work. The restaurant located on the main floor has delicious food and a great ambiance. I highly recommend dinner there! Staff always try to go above and beyond. Special thanks to Fritz and Mario for making us feel so welcomed. The cleaning staff were also very thorough and welcoming whenever we encountered them. Every elevator and hallway had a fresh pleasant smell. If the beach isn't your scene, the roof top pool is a great place to relax, drink and catch some sun. The bartenderand pool staff there are also very lovely. I highly recommend staying at The Betsy!

Great spot on south beach - quieter on the north end of the strip with beach front property. Wonderful staff, excellent service. They have their own part of the beach managed for them that’s great too

Betsy Hotel was more than I expected. All the staff were amazing, Fritzner at the reception desk was wonderful, he gave us a very nice room. Thanks Fritzner and Evan the Bellhop is very welcoming. Betsy has live music every night, the place is right next to the beach, they have umbrellas and drinks on the beach. Betsy is very walkable to other happenings during the night time. This is an amazing place to stay at. We will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended! To the staff, thank you for making our stay memorable, much appreciated.

We visited The Betsy for my 40th birthday with my wife and 6 year old son. We had a fantastic time, the place was great and the staff was amazing, great service from Rene and Joanny that made sure we were very well taken care of in the restaurant and Juan the bellboy that went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Chris was also great in compensating a small delay with out room while checking in. Overall the staff is amazing and would highly recommend anyone staying at The Betsy.

I loved this hotel, the only complain I have is that the bed wasn’t on par with a hotel in this price range. The mattress was softer than ideal and sagging

The Betsy never fails to disappoint. Since Covid, they closed off traffic on Ocean Drive, which makes the hotel that much nicer. A little oasis in Miami Beach. High class, refined, lots of art. I really enjoyed there. I’ve been going there for several years and I’ll continue to go.
